All I want to say is that a 20 yd dumpster is a 20 yd dumpster. Ultimate charged me $608.00 for 14 days, 2 tons. I was given an extra week "free" due to a delivery schedule issue. I was finished with the dumpster in 7 days. Of course they said I would have to pay another $608.00 if I wanted the dumpster back. I called Active Waste Solutions. Again, 20 yd but with 3 tons included......$375.00. I'm not sure if Ultimate Dumpsters are taking advantage during this crisis or what, but why the HUGE price difference? Never use this company. They nickel and dime you to death. I rented a dumpster for ten days. When they did not come and get it I called them only to hear that they were going to charge me for the extra two days it took for me to let them know the ten days had passed. Then it took them five more days to some pick up the dumpster. In those five days everyone and their brother threw extra junk in the dumpster piling it high. I was charged for the extra junk's height and the extra junks weight. Use someone else do not use this company. read more

Get a dumpster from anyone else but this company. They have pictures of dumpsters on their website but after paying I am told that in my state the dumpsters are smaller. So I pay an additional $104.00 on top of the $590.00 dollars I already paid to get a larger dumpster. It is still a very small dumpster so I was not able to get rid of everything I was looking to put in the dumpster. The man who delivered the dumpster and picked it up told us we could put electronics and basically anything we wanted in the dumpster even though it clearly says that you cannot. He said it would not have been any problem as they don't even check what is in the dumpster and would not have cost us any more money. We were very careful what we put in the dumpster. We also kept a tarp with bungee cords on the dumpster when we were not using it to make sure if it rained we would not be charged for it being over weight. A month and a half later we got charged another $100.00 for the dumpster being over weight. I call and tell them there is no way that it was over weight. I am still waiting and have called twice as I want them to email me the invoice from my local facility that weighed the dumpster. So for about $800.00 I did not even get rid of half the stuff I needed to, what a rip off. The last time I had a dumpster from a different company it cost me $400.00 and was at least double the size. I also put a whole lot more heavy stuff in it and never got charged for over tonnage. Stay away from this company!!! read more

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! Indiana. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a trash pickup or dumpster service. I've used hundreds of dumpster companies before, but this company takes the cake as being the worst company I've ever dealt with in all my years of construction! Unfamiliar with their process, I had the online agent walk me through the request form for a dumpster. I informed the salesmen that I needed the dumpster IMMEDIATELY, and he was eager to help. He walked me through the email and told me where to sign, and told me a dumpster would be out to my location right away. Towards the end of the day I still had no dumpster, so I called to find out what was going on. I got the same guy who helped me with my form earlier that day, and he noticed that he accidentally put the wrong date on the form. He told me that he'd correct it and get the dumpster to me pronto! Next day, still no dumpster! I called and got a lady and I told her what had transpired. She told me she would find out what was wrong, call me right back, and have a dumpster on it's way. She never called back, nor did a dumpster ever arrive. End of the day I asked again where my dumpster was and why no one would call me back. She replied that even though their rep put the wrong date that they were not responsible because I had signed the papers. Frustrated with this company, I told them to keep the dumpster because I was going somewhere else. She told me that I was getting billed no matter what, and there was nothing I could do about it. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ADMITS THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND STILL FORCES YOU TO TAKE THE DUMPSTER AND PAY FOR IT!!!?? We were lied to by the Sales Rep.JUSTIN saying he Guaranteed delivery the NEXT DAY. It showed up 2 days later..... This Company is a go between that Subs out the jobs. They charged us for 3 days over "pick up days" $15.35 per day even when we called THE NEXT DAY for pick up!!! The Company they gave the job to charges an over ton fee of $51.50 and Ultimate Dumpsters charged us $130.34 per ton over. When I called to speak with a rep. asking why they charged OVER DOUBLE for the overs ton fee they were rude and dismissive and refused to work with me on any of the issues. SO.....If you need a dumpster PLEASE DO NOT CALL ULTIMATE DUMPSTERS!!!! they are DISHONEST and will OVERCHARGE you (to say the least). read more

Beware: extremely high cost, unprofessional and rude. They are a broker and charge exorbitant prices compared to local competitors. They charge more for a 10yard dumpster than even Waste Management charges for a 20yard dumpster. And WM lets you keep it for 14 days compared to 5! I wish I had realized this sooner. My ordeal began when they were late for delivery. I called to inquire (wasn't even mad at this point) and was blatantly told it was my fault because I didn't sign the invoice sent by email. I explained that I did not receive an email with an invoice (another argument) and they realized they had the wrong email. No apology. By this point I was so stressed and upset that I just quickly signed it. Yes, I should have read it more thoroughly. When I called to check on the delivery time, I realized it was the wrong size dumpster. I was told I have 2 choices, either pay more for a 20 yd, which was an outrageous price, or cancel for a full refund. I was told, not once, but twice, that I would get 100% back. After 4 days I finally received the return email invoice and discovered they had kept a $250 fee. After another 2 days of trying to get hold of a manager, I finally reached one that answered the phone like it was her personal cellphone. I couldn't believe the way she spoke to me. She told me "You can read." In reference to the invoice. She made a comment about "your silly little notebook " because I had mentioned the charged price did not match the quote I had written down. Half way through the conversation I stopped to ask her if she actually was a manager because managers shouldn't talk to their customers this way. She proceeded to yell at me "that you are not my boss, you don't pay me." Really?!?! She then went on to say "you guys" referring to me and customers in general. I asked "who is 'you guys'? I am one person. " She replied she was referring to all the ridiculous customers that call and complain trying to get money back. Ok well, if your customers are so ridiculous, then I guess you don't need us. Good luck staying in business. I tried to say that it really upsets me how the company charges so much and treats their customers this way, especially with what's going on in the world right now (pandemic). And she angrily replied "you want to talk about what's going on, let's do that." By this point I was so disgusted by her behavior and of the others at this company, I said I would be calling the Better Business Bureau She replied, " fine, you do that, I will win. Scammers! 5 days late picking up my dumpster and it rained all 5 days. They then charged me $265 EXTRA for over weight! For water!!!

I recommend any one looking to rent a dumpster to take their business elsewhere. Their customer service is horrible. They are rude and never return your call. They blow you off and make you wait fir days to incur more fees. I originally rented a dumpster and set up with person in line to get dumpster removed 7days later. The property vacant and I went to check up on property the following month and they still didn't pick up the dumpster. I was told that I no record of speaking to customer service representative. They surely charged my card that day. When did call them to speak to them about situation they promise to return my call once they can try to get a "discount". Only reason 3 people called me back was because they attempted to charge my credit card with out resolving the issue and it declined. I kept calling for 3 more days and they blew me off till I finally asked for manager. Manager was super rude and charged me the 3 extra days. This company is a huge scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is unprofessional, has little to no customer service and does not honor their price quotes. One star is being generous. I was always on hold for very long periods of time and no one answering the phone seemed to have any knowledge of what was going on. I was given a quote over the phone and the next day received a voice mail stating there was a special rate on the dumpster I wanted to rent. When I called back I was told I had already been quoted the special price. After almost two weeks and no communication regarding the delivery that was supposed to have occurred 9 days earlier I was called and told the delay was because I was quoted the incorrect price, the correct price being almost $200 more. I told them I had a voice message stating there was a special price. All I was told was no, it would cost more than I was quoted. Customer service was truly horrible. It started well as I called a few days in advance of needing a dumpster for an upcoming project. Sales said they could accommodate and I have them all the information about location, date, and time, noting that the timing was especially important. I was personally the delivery contact. The morning delivery was scheduled, the window came and went and I did not hear from them. I called ten times (seriously, ten) and left messages to find out where my dumpster was. Right at the end of the day I got a call back that there had been a mistake and the hauler could not drop it off until the next morning. Same thing happened the next day, except I did get a hold of someone around lunchtime. Apparently my order wasn't even entered into the system as more than a quote. Mind you, I had provided my payment information on the day I had scheduled originally. So we started over and got the dumpster officially ordered. It wasn't delivered until the day after, 3 days after it was promised. And here is the kicker, they brought a 15 yd when I asked for a 20 yd, because that was all they had. DO NOT USE THIS DUMPSTER COMPANY. I purchased a dumpster for construction waste and have been completely screwed by unexpected charges. I called multiple times the delivery day and no one could ever tell me when it was going to be delivered. Then while loading, we realized it would be over the dumpster weight. They said it was fine and I would be charged $144 per ton over. When I called for pick up they said it would be 24-72 hours, but of course they came just a few hours later. Since we were not expecting this, there was a car blocking the bin and I was charged $364. The next day when they came to remove the dumpster, they came at 6:30am which led us to be responsible for breaking the city noise ordinance and yet another charge. Following the pick up I saw yet another charge for $364 which apparently they say they don't see. THEN I was charged $885 for overage at $166 per ton $22 more than they told me on the phone. They were completely unwilling to help on the phone and I feel completely scammed. While I am happy to pay for the overages, they offered no receipt from the dump to prove that weight. After what has felt like a very slimey business transaction, why should I trust that was the actual weight? The entire thing felt like a scam and they offered no reassurance or support after calling for an explanation. Your city offers dumpster services and I would never trust some third party company like this over them. DO NOT make the mistake I did. Support you local services and forget these people. read more

buyer beware, the ordering process was a breeze however i told them punctuality was imperative from the onset and they assured me i would have my dumpster between 8-11am, i called at 11 and they said it's on the way it'll be there by 2pm 100%. then i called at 2 and they said he should be there he's on the way he will be there etc. Dumpster finally arrived at 530 pm. I lost wages for 2 guys a full day waiting on it. Secondly the 30 yard dumpsters only old 25 cyds i asked about this and they said i had to measure from the outside points of the can for my cyds total?? Really. All the other companies i use general hold 34 cyds in their 30 cyd cans. I haven't been charged for tonnage yet but im hoping im under their 3 meager ton limit before they start charging extra. already forked over 124$ more for them due to a shortage from my usual suppliers.
