Highly recommend this company. Earnest figured our AC/heat problem out fast, is super experienced and willing to break the issue down for you to understand. Most importantly he keeps the diagnostic honest and price fair, and doesn't make up stuff or try to sell you anything you don't need so- which I've had other companies done before. Also just a really cool guy to chat with! read more

This is the second time I've used Ultimate Air and I highly recommend them! My AC went out in 95 degree weather, I called at 7pm to book an appointment, they answered even though it was after hours and squeezed me in at 7am the next morning - impeccable service again! Their technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it fixed within 30 minutes for a reasonable price - I was even on time to work! Our HVAC stopped working two days ago and it has been unbearable! Finally called someone today to come check it out and he was FANTASTIC! Promptly came out to address the issue (even though they were super busy) and fixed our AC for a reasonable price!!!! Abby on the phone has amazing customer service and is soooo sweet (unlike most of the people you talk to on the phone these days!) Definitely will be using them again!!! read more

Erez and Joseph are quintessential professionals -- honest, reliable, and experts of HVAC. Out of the 4 companies we met with, Ultimate Air was the *ONLY* one that wasn't aggressively trying to upsell a layman on an unnecessary bill of goods/services thru fear mongering. They identified the problem and provided the most pragmatic, cost-effective solution that ended up saving us literally thousands of dollars. Joseph was on time, swift with the execution, and made sure he left the workspace tidied up. I have bookmarked them (as I sit in cool air) as my go-to HVAC service providers and I strongly recommend them. read more

It's such a pleasure working with Erez. I work in the construction business and it's very difficult finding such professionals. Erez did the system in a house that I build in Malibu. He's always available, always shows up quickly when needed, he always has solutions and he makes you feel you're in good hands. As far as pricing goes, I find that ultimate air conditioning offer a very high value at a very reasonable price. I will recommend ultimate air conditioning to any of my friend. read more

Ultimate Air is our preferred vendor when it comes to our heaters! Eraz and his technician Ernest are well-versed on our heaters and come to handle our issues promptly. The technicians are usually able to get to my work order within 24 hours. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my heating issues!!! Thank you for always taking care of us! read more

They are thorough and reliable. They send a photo of the service technician before they arrive and keep you in the loop. Great attitude and service too. read more

I made an appointment with Ultimate Air as I noticed my condenser outside was making an unusual noise. I checked it out and noticed the fan was not moving and shut the unit down. The technician came on time and I was notified via text and the problem was diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. The price was what I expected and I cannot say enough for the whole process being this was in August and the A/C was very much needed. I feel 100% comfortable referring Ultimate Air to family and friends. read more

Erez and his assistants were recommended to me 8 years ago - they were the best then and ever since when my AC has had issues - honest, fast and great to deal with -- definitely would refer my friends. read more

Professional and courteous service. Responded quickly to my quote and complete the service faster than expected. I had a duct with restricted airflow and an overflowing drain pan. Told me exactly what was needed to inspect/repair and kept me posted throughout the entire process. He also gave advise to maintain the system. Company has an automated system for notifications that updates you every step of the way from heading to your location and a follow up after completion. Would definitely return for future service. read more

Excellent service! Very prompt, explained the issue with my HVAC, and fixed it for a very reasonable price.

Ultimate Air Conditioning is by far the best a/c heating company I have found in the valley. Very professional, trustworthy, clean and fairly priced. They installed a ductless split AC unit. Was quoted 3-4 hours ended up wrapping it up in under 2 hours with cleanup. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Erez saved the day! My Mom's heater wouldn't turn on and he was able to get her onto his busy schedule and get it working FAST! Excellent quality of work, honesty, dependability, professionalism and fair prices. You can't find better. read more

I was quoted expensive repairs by my contracted HVAC service. I decided to get a second appraisal for the service that was needed. Erez and his assistant came from Ultimate Air Conditioning and told me some of the repair work was NOT needed. They fixed a couple of other things for a substantially lower price. I will be switching services as soon as my contract is expired. I highly recommend them because they are honest, reliable and efficient. read more

I was referred to this company by a friend, they were very quick to respond and set up an appointment. The morning of the appointment, they texted they were on their way, they were a touch early and very professional. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and quickly replaced our thermostat with a new Nest system. He gave us some tips and tricks with the new system, he also checked a fan we had requested that wasn't working properly for the AC, he switched out the filter and solved the issue, only charged us for the filter. He even offered to look at an outlet that was being problematic and resolved that as well. I will be passing their information along, they are great and we will be calling them again if needed. read more

Excellent service on more than one occasion. Prompt response too. One time Erez even gave me good advice on the phone and a referral to another company for a problem his company does not handle. read more

Couldn't ask for a more honest company! I loved that he quoted me quickly, and didn't overcharge or up-sale me, nor give me the run around. He was on time, his answering service gave us notice when he was on his way, and he reminded us of the appointment the day before by text (which I love). We had messaged each other on yelp for a couple weeks but he never once badgered me when I couldn't get back to him right away. He gave me time to think which seems to be a rare find amongst contractors. Erez was forthcoming with information and told me he didn't do the electrical aspect of the job and gave me enough time between the in-home estimate and the day of construction to find an electrician or handy man (I.e. my husband) to finish the job. You can tell he what he was doing and was able to give us some piece of mind about the work that was previously done on the condenser. He also was smart and brought an employee with him to handle the little things. I really appreciate the care and efficiency this company prides itself on. He is professional, well mannered, well kept, and HONEST. Oh and a big bonus: the receipt. It was emailed to us immediately after finishing the job WITH A PICTURE! It's the extra things that make a business great, and this one is superb! read more

Great communication, excellent work, and fair pricing. Ultimate Air Inc has been out to repair my AC/heater split units a few times over the years and I've always been happy with their work. My rebuttal to the response by the company: Your company was hired on August 27th to conduct, assess, and identify all of the issues regarding my leaky AC unit. TEN CALENDAR DAYS later, on September 7, 2020, the unit stopped working altogether These were not unrelated issues as the system was working before AND you were hired to assess, identify and recommend solutions to resolve. If you cannot see the connection between a working but leaky AC and a completely broken unit after you "fixed it" 10 days prior, than maybe you should change professions. If you will notice, I did not mention any concerns about the pan you replaced because you informed me in advance that it needed to be replaced. I appreciated your honesty, in letting us know that the part needed to be replaced...eventually. However, you response to my review is misleading and dishonest. Truly disappointing. UPDATED REVIEW. I am giving 2 stars for Yadi's customer service and the owners efforts to find resolution. My AC unit stopped working a week and a half after Ultimate Air replaced the broken part and "fix" the problem. The unit would only blow hot air and began leaking in a different location. Again, Yadi was very nice and understanding. She quickly scheduled someone to come out ASAP. After reviewing the unit and replacing another part, he advised that the unit could not be repaired. He informed us that our unit was a new unit that was needed because the R22 compressor system was phased out in CA. You can imagine my frustration after spending almost $1,000 a little over a week ago AND paying for the labor for the returned visit. Note, we had him remove the part that was going to cost an extra $375 approximately. A new unit was going to cost around $5,600. After expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction, the owner offered to deduct a couple hundred of the total price of the new unit. When we received the updated estimate, it included additional costs ($850) for city permits and HERS tests not disclosed by the tech or the owner. Before committing replacing the AC system, we decided to pay for a 2nd opinion. A different vendor came out to assess our system and FIXED IT for around $250 which included parts and labor. Note, the part that needed to be replaced was $100 cheaper. Yadi sent a very nice note on behalf of the owner expressing embarrassment that another vendor was able to fix the unit. P.D. It's been almost 2 weeks since the other vendor fixed our AC, and it's still working. read more

Recommended from a friend, read the yelp reviews. Contacted them yesterday for AC problem.. Eddie showed up even earlier than expected today (we love that!) diagnosed the problem (dripping from AC unit) he knew what to do, did it and done .....even offered to mop up the water from the hallway after he was done. (Appreciated but I said no, I'll do it:-) Eddie was courteous, friendly and genuinely a nice guy. I'd hire this company again in a flash!! Thank you!! read more

My AC stopped working yesterday afternoon bringing the temperature in my home to 86 degree. I had a horrible sleepless night and contacted Erez at Ultimate Air first thing in the morning. He showed up at around 10 am and restored the cooling system before 10:30 am. This was not my first experience with Ultimate Air and each one has been first rate. What really impressed me was that my problem was made a priority at a time when Los Angeles is experiencing killer heatwaves. read more

Got Quoted instantly, Eddie was very professional who got the job done instantly. Ty guys.

My first time writing a review and getting RIPPED OFF made me express to everyone that uses this company to BE Aware. Erez comes to my house and says I need Freon in my unit and charged me $950 for 15 minutes of putting it in .I ask him and text him as well to check other parts of my Air conditioner for a leak but he insists that its the Freon that is the problem and to lazy to open and check my unit . The Freon lasted 3 days .I call back and tell him that I want credit towards fixing my unit because I wasted my money without him checking it completely . He tells me it will cost me $850 to check and see what's wrong on top of another $950 for more Freon . $1800 total more . He actually had the audacity to blame me for not checking the unit . Never felt Ripped Off by a company until this one . This review is totally true and real regardless of other positive reviews . I have the texts and all information to prove that this is real review . My score is a Zero . read more

I was having an issue with my A/C and Heating Unit. Erez with Ultimate Air was highly recommended so I gave him a call. I have nothing but good words for him. After several experiences with other companies, he will be my go to guy 100% of the time. He thoroughly assessed the problem and told me all I needed was to replace the heating coil, when others said I needed to replace the whole unit. He always shows up, he always fixes the problem and he is honest. Best A/C guy in my book, I highly recommend! read more

I had issues with my air conditioning unit for a while now. I have called numerous people, who are known to be "experts" in their field. I was very disappointed not only by the customer service these companies provided, but for their lack of professionalism. I highly recommend this company. Try it once; the results and customer satisfaction is guaranteed!!! read more
