I was so happy to have a tech in my city. On today, I returned for a filling and I was seated with a different employee that butchered my nailed. She changed my entire shape from coffin to uneven almond and round nails. I was so disappointed bc I didn't ask for a shape change. I informed her to that I wasn't satisfied and I could tell she was frustrated but the whole time she continued watching her show on YouTube bc she had her AirPods in her ear and kept looking at her phone. I requested to have Kiara correct and complete my nails (and she did an AMAZING job) especially having to correct someone else's mistakes. My length was shortened and my shape was changed without consulting/asking me first and I was highly disappointed but managements very grateful that Kiara was patient with me and had me smiling when I left. Great customer service goes a long way.

The nail techs did a great job and a phenomenal massage. DND polish was used. Other pedicure services range from $25 for a basic and $55 for a hot stone pedicure. After asking a ton of people whose nails looked pretty for suggestions and hearing about this place I finally went in for a visit... they are great. They are patient. I come in the middle of the week when they are rested. In my experience this is the beat time for me to visit any nail/hair spot since the weekend crowds are not present.

My neighbors suggested here since they had been, but they had only gotten gel manicure and a pedicure. I get acrylic nails and keep them pretty lengthy so I'm a bit particular at times. This is located in the shopping center near the Food Lion and shares a parking lot with the other businesses on the strip. Sometimes parking is scarce depending on the day and time, but it's still available. They require you to wear a mask and have you complete and sign a waiver upon entering. They also provide temperature checks as well. I've not made an appointment, so they are accepting walk-ins. There are plenty of stations for nails and pedicures as well as plenty of technicians. Overall I've been pleased. The salon is clean and all the staff wears mask as well. The prices are comparable to other nail salons and I feel they are fair. I pay $40 for a fill-in with gel polish which is average for most salons. They do a good job with my nails and take their time. They also provide hot stone back/shoulder massage with your service and warm towels for your hands when your nails are complete. There are not many nail salons in the area and it's extremely convenient for me so I will definitely be back and recommend it if you live in the area. It's not the fanciest salon, but they do a good job.

I called many times to do a price check for the head spa after calling about 5 times (they wouldn't pick up) and someone quoted me $80. I thought that was strange since my last visit was 3 months ago. I tried to make an appointment but no one picked up so I went in person hoping they could take me. Drove 30 mins just to see the new owner have employees and was sitting by the phone but wouldn't pick up. I was told they no longer do head spas. Only body massage and hair cuts. Right after I left I received a promo text message. I won't be back unless the head spa service is back with possibly new management. The head spas were amazing with the old owner.
