I had mentioned to him a few times that my hair was not satisfactory to my liking. Sometimes I would come home and put the finishing touch to my hair. The consistenty of the way he fix's hair is gone, it's all about the dollars!!!! I don't mind paying for a service but I want what I pay for. After my last appointment on a Friday it was not satisfactory, and I expressed my concern to him. David called me on a Monday and said we need to end our hair relationship and for me to find someone to do my hair. Before I could say anything he hung up the phone on me. I am very hurt by the way I was treated after so many years of being a loyal client and recommending him to other people. At scheduling time, the receptionist was very nice and worked with me to find a time that fits schedules well. I was scheduled with Michaela for a Halo face framing type situation and was greeted very kindly by her and everyone else at the front desk. They offer you water and other beverages there as you arrive. There is also local crafted jewelry in the sitting area to browse. Getting back to hair, Michaela was very personable, funny, nice, and professional. The experience was nice and it feels like you're just chatting with an old friend. Honestly I probably chat too much but the story of my life LOL. They take you back to the hair washing area which is quiet and Serene, ready for relaxation. They also offer you and I mask type essential oil situation where you can pick different scents. After your hair is done washing you get processed and then you go back to your sitting area. It took a little bit to get my hair to the desired look but Michaela and the salon made it very easy to work with and get the results we were hoping for. I appreciate them for being so accommodating and ease of everything. Michaela is a great stylist and I would recommend booking with her anytime! I had my hair cut and curled last week when I left the salon I was satisfied with what I saw in the mirror. Once I washed and straightened my hair at home I realized my hair was not cut well. I didn't notice at first because the curls hid the uneven cut. I asked for long layers and face framing peices. I left a voicemail this morning asking to speak to whoever is in charge so my hair can be fixed because I am in a wedding next week. A lady called me back and told me it would be $40 for my haircut even after I explained to her I had just gotten it cut last week and was unsatisfied. I have had my hair cut and colored at this salon multiple times in the past( by a different stylist) and never had any complaints. I am disappointed by their poor customer service.
