I had my hair cut and curled last week when I left the salon I was satisfied with what I saw in the mirror. Once I washed and straightened my hair at home I realized my hair was not cut well. I didn't notice at first because the curls hid the uneven cut. I asked for long layers and face framing peices. I left a voicemail this morning asking to speak to whoever is in charge so my hair can be fixed because I am in a wedding next week. A lady called me back and told me it would be $40 for my haircut even after I explained to her I had just gotten it cut last week and was unsatisfied. I have had my hair cut and colored at this salon multiple times in the past( by a different stylist) and never had any complaints. I am disappointed by their poor customer service.
