Once the guy who was going to do my nails called for me he told me to take a sit and the water was ready. The second I sat down and out my feet in, he literally got up and left. I thought he had to do something really quick and so I waited. Atleast 15 minutes passed by and he never came back so I decided I would go some where else instead. I dried myself off and told the person at the front I was going to leave. Very unprofessional to just leave people waiting without even an explanation as well.

I stopped by today Wednesday at 1pm for a manicure and pedicure and was told in a snarky tone that they were too busy to help me today because they only had 2 people working and that it was prom. A customer in a chair waiting (the only one actually waiting) said "their lazy" - I think she was right! High school kids were still in school so I'm gonna guess prom really wasn't why they couldn't see me on a Wednesday at 1 pm. I would have been happy to wait .... Disappointed. Surprisingly, the more upscale spa by Harris Teeter was happy to see me- only had a 10 minute wait. Prom didn't keep them too busy to welcome a new customer. This other salon was much more clean and more spacious than Day Dream. The staff were also more friendly and helpful.
