Went with my mom, and the staff was very unhelpful... my mom eventually got too shy to keep asking questions bc the cashier was being rude.

Got my brows waxed and tinted by Kelsie and they look amazing! Thank you SO much. I recently moved to Oklahoma and previously got my brows done elsewhere. Unfortunately where I went previously, they overwaxed my brows and so they've been uneven. Kelsie did an incredible job, tinted them the perfect shade, and waxed them so evenly. I don't wear make up so brows are a must! I will absolutely be back and highly recommend Kelsie at the Benefit brow bar! read more

This store always has really empty shelves and many of the products are from several seasons ago. Also, the floor staff are super unfriendly and refuse to offer any help. Today there were 4 employees just standing around in the perfume section while several customers were looking for help, including me. I will say the cashier that gave me my birthday gift was very nice. read more

I came into ulta as usual to grab a few things I needed & I left so irritated. I saw that the mini laura mercier powder (my fav) was on sale from $27 to $24 which is a steal and I thought awesome! As my cashier Trinity rang me up I noticed it showed $26 and told her that their sign shows that it's on sell for $24. She completely disregarded the sale price and told me it was still on sell for $26. I then told her I see that but your sign shows $24. She called her manager and her manager didn't seem to care either. It wasn't the fact that I needed it to be $24 because I was going to buy it regardless but it was the principal that she completely disregarded me telling her that their sign shows $24. After I left I checked online to see if maybe it was just an incorrect sign but online it also shows the same sale price. I would've really appreciated if I was actually acknowledged by Trinity and her manager when telling them about the sign instead of ignoring me and telling me it's still on sale for $26. Ulta I hope you can do better with training and hiring your staff. read more

I recently got one of the most expensive haircuts ever at Ulta. Unfortunately, it was also one of the worst haircuts ever. I went to Ulta because it's close and I desperately needed a cut and they had sent me a coupon for $20 off. I just got a medium-length haircut with no washing or styling and it cost $70. The stylist asked me how much to take off and I said about an inch. She took about four. I told her about the way my hair liked to flip out and asked if she could make sure that it would be blunt or curl under. She did some layering and it has been flipping out worse than ever since the cut. I will never ever go back. read more

Each time I visit this Ulta, I am welcomed, the staff asks what my needs are, and they don't look down at me for not quite understanding every aspect like they do. They seem to really want to share the fun of beauty products , and I appreciate their great attitudes when I come in. I've been to other makeup stores where I feel like they are making fun of me for being new to it. I feel like I'm visiting a sisters house instead of a store. read more

I'm disappointed in Ulta this morning! I purchased St Moritz sunless tanning foam (buy one get one 1/2 off) about a month ago and when I went to use the first bottle it came out greenish, didn't work as well as it should, and had a stronger smell than usual. 2nd bottle same way. The bottle I just finished wasn't like that and I've used St Moritz for a couple years now. I go to exchange them because that usually means the product is old. Marissa (a new hire apparently) gets an attitude and says "it's supposed to be that way". No sister, I've used sunless tanning products over 20 years and green has only happened when I use what's left of a bottle from last summer. Of course the great manager and co-worker help get this done as she also asked for help, not knowing how to do an exchange. Then she proceeds to ask for an additional $3.25. She still doesn't understand exchange. Her sassy attitude was very disappointing when everyone there is usually so professional. She really should try harder to impress being a new job and all! read more
