Awful experience here and was very disappointed. The place is very dirty. Waited over 1.5 hours to be seen. They sat me down before the lady in front if me had time to pick up her purse. The DID NOT wipe down the station, so the previous persons nail dust and clippings were still on the station. I asked the technician for regular polish with a design. He said they could only it on gel. I said fine, I would like them to remove my dip and I would go somewhere that could do it. He was rude and had zero customer service. read more

My girlfriends and I had 3 manicures and 1 pedicure on reservation, showed up on time, and had good service! The nail technicians were top notch, but they were understaffed for the amount of reservations booked for the day. We spent approximately an hour an 15 minutes, but the pedicure didn't even begin until all of our nails manicures were finished! We just had to sit around and wait for our friend to have her pedicure. The four stars are for the quality of the nails though. So, I gave them a second chance and they FAILED. Period. I'll keep my stories short and sweet. 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT recommend. 1st attempt- May: I made an appointment, for 4:30pm, came in, did not get into a chair until 6:30ish and I had a dinner reservation at 7:30. It takes at least an hour to get your nails done, so I let them start and it was getting closer to my dinner res and they hadn't even painted my nails. I paid and left with unfinished nails. 2nd attempt- August: I walked in on a seemingly unbusy Friday night for them and I still ended up waited for at least an hour and a half. When I went to leave, they told me I could get in the chair. The nails were lazily done and today, Wednesday, my nails look like they've been done for at least 2 weeks. I have been here before and I know they can do quality work, BUT ONLY if they want to. Be cautious when going here. read more

I want to cry it's my birthday week and my nails have never looked this bad. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel like I have to.I went in to get long coffin style black nails. The technician said I should do short cause they look better. He refused to give me the fake nails. Then he used the wrong dip powder. I called and explained the situation they said they would fix it and now my nails have never been worse. They wouldn't put the fake nails on this time cause it was too much time. I got a pedicure from the older lady. By the way she talks, she seemed a little bit rude at first, but I think it was just the slight communication barrier. (No offense meant, just trying to be detailed.) Once we got started, she was super friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. It didn't hurt at all. She was very thorough, and the leg massage was great! I then had a full acrylic set done by B who did amazing. Prices were: $25 for the basic pedicure + $5 for the extra callus scrub $30 for a new full set + $5 for the coffin shape And B said for a fill, my nails would be $18-$20, which I think is pretty fair pricing. So I visited this salon for a pedicure and gel fill-in. My pedicure was wonderful! The lady that did it was very thorough and great at massaging however she could not paint. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes or so before my feet were painted by another tech. Shortly after my toes were painted I was seated in front of a tech named Khoa aka "Peter"... dude was awesome. He did my fill in super quick! Filed my nails extra pointy... and did a bomb ass paint job! This was by far the worst pedicure and service I have ever had. They were rude as soon as we came in and later claimed it was because they thought we were someone else. The massage was terrible, and I have never had someone cut me so badly when clipping my toenails. His gloves had my blood all over them and I was in so much pain! Then to top it all off, they tried to over charge me for both services I ordered. They changed the prices last minute and didn't even provide all of the services listed in the packages ordered. We were in town visiting family and decided to have a spa day. It was a disaster at this salon. They were understaffed for a Friday. We had an appointment at noon and were seen at 12:50 pm. Our daughter was seen first for a gel paint. The nail color she selected was not what she almost got on her ring finger. She had polish under her nails, cuticles and side cuticles. I finally got seated and the show continued. The male owner clipped my nails and cleaned cuticles. When the wife came to Polish my nails, I had to ask for my cuticles to be pushed back and re-trimmed. She did and did a better job than her husband. My SIL took 1.75 hours to complete a pedicure. The tech performing the pedi kept looking at her phone and stepping away. There is a large piece of skin missing along with her large toe being cut so short it hurts. This was in alignment with my tech's. stepping away and chatting. Just throwing this out to ya! Not recommend!!! I have been to salon's from San Diego to Raleigh. Hurried and only one manicurist on duty. Fly buzzing around. I used a credit card and was charged an extra $1, plus the 15% tip was figured on the $36 instead of $35. Great Nails and service at a great price. We moved here from Northern California, and I had one of the best pedicures I've ever had in my life! They weren't busy, so they gave me longer than was stated for the price. I gave them a nice tip for the great service :-). i went here for recruitment to get my nails done. i don't usually leave bad reviews for places but i feel like other people need to know. i got my nails done here and they were super cute and i loved them. my finger started hurting a few days later and i went to the doctor. my nail was infected due to getting them done at royal nails and it's in the process of falling off two months later. please be cautious getting your nails done anywhere but specifically here. the doctor had to cut it open and drain it and prescribed me antibiotics and it was horribly painful up until that point. read more

This was by far the WORST experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I made an appointment for 2 pm and they didn't start on my nails until 2:30. Then instead of soaking my powder dip off they scraped off the polish which was really painful. About 30 minutes into doing my nails I only had tips glued on, then my nail technician left to go pick up his kid from school. He was gone for about 30 more minutes before I asked to speak to a manager. She was very rude and kept making excuses and refused to fix the issue. I have been coming here since I moved to Stillwater a year ago. I have always had an elderly lady do my pedicure. She is always awesome! However, today I had the blond girl. Within 2 minutes she had stabbed me under the nail with the pointy pick and then cut my toe nail so short it hurt. I asked her to stop and she said if I wanted it done right then it would hurt. What? I I requested a different tech. The new tech was great however, the blond started on the lady next to me and was making rude and sideways comments. I will NOT be back. I do not have sensitive feet. First time going and I will never be going back. This is the only place i've ever been to that charges you an extra $5 to get your dip taken off even though they were redoing it anyways?! Most places only charge to get it taken off if you're not getting new dip put back on...the guy who did my nails was so rude and was a smart ass to me when I simply asked him if he was gonna be able to remove a bump on my pinky nail that he caused!! This used to be my favorite place to go get my eyebrows done, because the lady that has done it for me multiple times is great. That being said--I have been trying to get my eyebrows done for,I kid you not, the last 2 months, and EVERY TIME I go in I sit there waiting for ridiculously long times and am never helped. Therefore I end up leaving, keep trying to give them another try. But after today, a Tuesday afternoon, and not being helped I am over it. Very sad because like I said the one lady does great on brows, but I haven't seen her in a while. You all need to hire more people or do something because the waiting time is ridiculous.
