I got my eyebrows done by Jaide for the first time recently, and even though she was incredibly nice and professional. She just cannot do brows. She did not wax the top of my eyebrow, almost to the point where they didnt even look done. They aren't close to being identical... She overdid the tint and made it extremely thick and dark, that it's very obvious and not at all natural looking. My co workers were laughing so hard whenever I returned back to work since I got them done while on break. 10/10 would NOT recommend getting your brows done here as Jaide is now they're only brow person. She does not have her own policy, and wanted to force me to wear a mask. She tried to make 'other accommodations' for me by coming in on a time where 'she is off' to do my hair, and my wax. Yes, I have a medical condition, but no I'm not 'sick' or endangering anyone else and am following local guidelines. I walked out of there. In 30 minutes: I had a new salon in Edmond, OK scheduled and they even apologized to me for being medically discriminated against and worked me in fast. Also, I had a new wax place located in Edmond, OK where they, too, apologized for my experience and said of course they would never discriminate and, per ordinance, are not allowed to say anything to anyone not wearing a mask anyways. So, take your business elsewhere if you have a medical ailment since this business does not know: 1. The law/ordinance and 2. Is disrespectful to those that meet medical exemptions.
