I was first sent to a young man who helped me make sure I got what I wanted, then he gave me to Kayla. She is hands down by far the best manicure with full set of pink n whites, not one mistake! Charged $85.00 for a set I did not ask for. I felt rushed in and rushed out. The lady that I typically go to was busy, so I made an appointment here and will not be making that mistake again. My nails were separating from the acrylic, the surface was bumpy and constantly looked dirty because of the small holes in the surface, and the dip was way too large and clumpy on top. I have very slim hands but these nails made my fingers look abnormal. I had several comments on them that they looked like eggs. Not impressed. read more

Just okay. Went in for pedicure. Water was very cold. Kept trying to upsell me on the services. Was very quick pedicure. Then did not realize I had brought my own sandals and gave me the disposable ones. Guess they thought I came in barefoot? Did not put toes under a dryer. I've tried this place a few of times and have been disappointed each time. They have you select colors based on samples that are old and faded so the color you pick doesn't look like what you get. When I asked to pick another color the girl doing my pedicure was clearly irritated. She was hateful, not interested in doing a good job and spent less than two minutes exfoliating my feet. At the end of the pedicure, she lifted up my feet to remove the towel and smeared the polish. She acted like she didn't see it so she didn't have to fix it. read more

do not recommend my nails were horrible they were bumpy and very uneven shape wise the lettering was so crooked the girl was judgy so was the guy i was laughed at and mocked. i was talked about in Vietnamese (they didn't know i knew vietnamese until i responded) he then got irritated when i left no tip. the lady was very bad at design it wasn't even in the middle of the my nail very off to the side wouldn't recommend AT ALL i wish i could give no stars but sadly that's not an option read more

My son and 2 friends came in to get their nails done and they were laughed at and mocked the entire time they were there, 1 of the girls was unhappy with the outcome of her nails (which is understandable, seeing as whoever did them should NOT be doing specialty nails) and was laughed at.. I have been here a total of three times. My first experience was AMAZING one of the best pedicures I have gotten... the kicker I was with my mom and she even told me that she loved it also. The second time I went I got dip nails with design.It took over 4 hours and the design lasted about a week before it started to come off but I am hard on my nails so I figured it was me. This last time I went I got checked in and seated with one lady picked out my gel polish for my pedicure and then a different lady sat down and did my pedicure. First problem was I did not get gel and when I told her as she started the regular polish she said she could not do it. I did not argue because it was not worth my time. I also got a dip manicure which I asked for square shape but rounded edges, I got very uneven oval nails. I prefer short nails and i asked to go shorter multiple times and she said that is as short as she could get them. They lasted me a week before I had to sand them down and dip them myself because I could not handle the length or the shape. I also left the salon with dip powder caked to my cuticles. I think if I would have gone the next two times with my mom I might have had a different experience. With this being said I would not enter a nail salon if I did not have the money to pay for them and tip well so just because I am young does not mean I should get treated differently. read more

I usually have nothing but great nails when I leave here. But today, it took a hour and a half to get a dip set. The nail tech I had, sliced my finger open with a file. My nails have never been left with so much residue and discrepancies in thickness. I'm still trying to clean my fingers and unstick my skin from the hardened dipping powder. I got my nails done here for the first time on 1/26. They were dip with acrylic tips. After a MONTH, they look just as good as the first day I got it. They are super strong and don't have a single chip or scratch. I am honestly pretty hard on my hands, so for them lasting this long, I am very impressed. The price is great, both hands are symmetrical, and the environment of the store is very relaxing. For sure will be coming back soon! read more

It's a beautiful nail salon and I had a great experience getting my dip manicure last week, so I came back for a pedicure with my mom. We picked the same pedicure option that was supposed to come with a parafin wax treatment and 10 minute massage. The lady doing my pedicure barely rubbed my shin and only left the wax on my feet for 3 minutes. Literally. My entire pedicure and massage was done completely with nails painted before my mom had her wax put on her feet. When I asked about the difference in pedicures I was told everyone gets the same 10 minutes and that they use a timer. When I expressed that I was unsatisfied with my pedicure, I was ignored. After I got home I looked at my feet and realized that they look and feel the same as they did before I paid $45 for a treatment. I'm so horribly upset that I wasted my time and money. My mom however thoroughly enjoyed her massage and pedicure and is satisfied with the results. read more

You have the choice of requesting a certain technician before your service begins, but I enjoy meeting with a different worker each visit because they are all so wonderfully kind and fun to get along with. We came in one hour before they closed. We told them that we could leave if it was at inconvenience. They acted like if was no problem. The second we sit down we felt rushed. Although we understood they were about to close we made sure that it was ok. Me and my friend both requested a nail design with some simple lines. They then quoted us $80 dollars for a full set and a design. I have never been charged this much as long as I've been getting my nails done. They people doing my friends nailed were verbally arguing in front of her; she felt very uncomfortable. Then me and my friend both asked for modifications for our nails. They acted as if they didn't hear us and continued doing our nails. After about half way a man started mopping as if they were closed. My friend even slipped on the floor because of the wet floor. she was on the other side and didn't even see the wet floor sign. Her nails got messed up because the nail lady rushed her and made her wash her hands. We both got over charged. Her nails are super uneven. My nails are super uneven and different thicknesses. Worst nail salon I have been to in awhile. Over priced and very poor work. Do not recommend. read more

If I could give zero stars I would have. I went in to get "just a manicure". I needed to give my nails a break from gel manicures. I was questioned several times why just a manicure. I think that set the tone for my horrible experience. I got the "Manager" to do my nails, but she was helping 6 other people at the same time but just asked me to sit and soak my nails at a station. I didn't think she was coming back. I should have walked out but unfortunately I stayed. Don't cut my nails, and she cuts them. Speaking Chinese the whole time to her fellow workers. And she spoke perfect English...no conversation. Very rushed, didn't pay attention, put a little lotion on, but forgot to file nails on one hand...oops, good wash your hands (never been here before, big place...can you point me in the right direction, gives me attitude and then the price. Always trust your gut...I didn't this time. No prices posted. I ask how much .... $18. C'mon. I have never paid this much for "just a manicure". I paid, but I can tell you I will never go back.
