As soon as I walked into Glo I was greeted by the girl at the front desk. She was super sweet and welcoming. She told me I was in luck and that Paige was open at the moment. She offered me a drink (water, soda) while I waited. Paige came and got me from the front and took me back to her station. She was super sweet and listened to how I wanted my hair. She knew I was from out of town and a little nervous but she was awesome. I will definitely see Paige again if I come back and need a cut. She overdid the tint and made it extremely thick and dark, that it's very obvious and not at all natural looking. A regular haircut at $40 plus an expected tip of 20% adds up quickly to put one in rip-off territory. One of the other women started to rush her and stood over me for around 5 minutes while the poor girl tried to finish my nails. I have never witnessed someone be so utterly disrespectful to both their staff and customers.
