It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but there was going to be a photographer and I wanted to look nice. I went to my car to get my outfit and makeup bag. I changed in their restroom quickly, which has a door that does not close. The other restroom has been out of service for months. I came out at 10:30 and the stylist is finally there. She apologized and said she overslept. I agreed for her to curl my hair while I did my makeup. She did work quickly and managed to finish in 10 minutes. After all this, I asked if I could pay with the card on file out of politeness. I thought maybe they wouldn't charge me since they were 45 minutes late. No type of compensation nor way to rectify it was offered. This whole situation made me super frazzled and stressed out (not the best mindset before a dance performance). I used to love the convenience of getting my hair styled here, but I'll be looking for other options in the future. They really need to change/improve their system. Instead of having specific appointments assigned to hair stylists, they should have a first-come basis.
