My appointment was at 9:45am. When I checked in, I was informed the system showed it as 10am and that my stylist would arrive at that time. They didn't give me any options, so I just sat and waited. It was 10:15 and still no sign of my stylist. This was the time I had planned to be ready by to change, do my makeup, and leave for my dance commitment at 10:30. I went up to the counter and asked if they could try to contact her to determine what to do. I never saw anyone make a call nor text, so I was still in the dark about what was going on. At 10:25 I finally came to terms with the fact that I was running out of time and my hair was probably not going to be pretty for my event. It wouldn't have been such a big deal, but there was going to be a photographer and I wanted to look nice. I went to my car to get my outfit and makeup bag. I changed in their restroom quickly, which has a door that does not close. The other restroom has been out of service for months. I came out at 10:30 and the stylist is finally there. She apologized and said she overslept. I agreed for her to curl my hair while I did my makeup. She did work quickly and managed to finish in 10 minutes. After all this, I asked if I could pay with the card on file out of politeness. I thought maybe they wouldn't charge me since they were 45 minutes late. No type of compensation nor way to rectify it was offered. This whole situation made me super frazzled and stressed out (not the best mindset before a dance performance). I used to love the convenience of getting my hair styled here, but I'll be looking for other options in the future. They really need to change/improve their system. Instead of having specific appointments assigned to hair stylists, they should have a first-come basis. It was so frustrating to see people that had later appointments than me being immediately seated and making me even more and more late. read more

the "bartender" Vern set the tone for an amazing experience. her warm hand-off to Stacy, my stylist, set any anxiety to rest. Stacy was extremely knowledgeable and her talent is incomparable. please go, you will not regret it. best money ive spent in a long time. read more

Had a great time with all the ladies at Drybar today. They were very welcoming and engaged in conversation the whole time. It was such a calming experience for my daughter and I to be able to relax and be papere. We'll be back for another session. read more

At Drybar, you can pick from a full blowout with wash or come in for a dry style, and you can choose from an entire catalog of styles. Family pics, headshots, events, or just a lil VIP indulgence, they do it all! They are so welcoming, and they nail the look every time. read more

How relaxing! Loved the services of Sarah Gonzales ! Felt beautiful and relaxed ready for the day! Thank you so much for your expertise and individual training! I will definitely be back! Definitely 5 star! read more

Paid extra for a scalp massage and it was the worst scalp massage you could imagine. Barely even touched my head and pretty much massaged just my hair strands. I get better scalp massages hen I get my hair cut and washed at my local cosmetologist. Then I paid out and later was charged an extra $25 that I didn't even sign for when I left. When I contacted them, they informed me that it wasn't added to my bill so they added it later. Either way, it wasn't bad costumer service and I will NOT be back. read more

I always have a great, relaxing wash and blow dry. My blow outs always last a while and look great. The stylists are very accommodating and will work to give you the style you want. read more

Danya is the most rude and disrespectful stylist i have ever met. When my boyfriend came in to bring my purse, he greeted the staff as he entered, and she rolled her eyes the hardest I've ever seen anyone do and turned her head the complete opposite direction. Little did she know, he was coming to her chair to give me my purse. She made our experience here very unpleasant, and didn't even give me what I asked for. I asked for loose curls and she gave me the tightest curls ever. Who taught her customer service? You can be rude on your own time, not at work as a professional. read more

My experience at this Dry Bar was quite disappointing. I had an appointment at 11:15 and ended up not getting helped until 11:45. There was some staff walking around, but nobody said anything until I was sitting for 30 minutes without help. Additionally, I came with a friend who 1) I didn't get to sit by and 2) was finished with her appointment before my stylist had started to dry my hair. I thought my hair looked great at the end, but I'm not sure it was worth the wait or the money considering it didn't last more than 8 hours. read more

Had a great blowout by Morgan today and really everyone there has been great and I have a lot of hair.

I really enjoyed my service here. I had a blow out done for my maternity pictures, and the lady who did my hair was very receptive to what I asked for. If I could ask for one thing it would be to spend more time on massaging the scalp, instead of rushing it. read more

Drybar - Midtown Tulsa - Blow Dry/Out Services Near Me - Tulsa, Oklahoma

Always a wonderful experience! The stylists are so sweet and do a great job! I highly recommend this location!

This was such a waste of money. I asked for the Mai Tai, which is kind of a messy, choppy curl. I don't know wtf my stylist was doing, but this is what I got. The curls are not even going in the right direction, especially up front. I didn't have time to make a stink while there as I had somewhere I needed to be after. I was so upset. I actually went home and redid it quickly myself. I have reached out to their IG and will call if I don't get a response, because this is horrible. What I asked for vs what I got pictured. read more

Visiting the lovely city of Tulsa- wanted a quick hair style while on vacation. I called on a Sunday morning looking for a quick blow dry and style. They were able to get me a same day appt. They have their own parking lot which was awesome- but there's lots of street parking also. I showed up 15 mins early to my appt. They were able to take me right away. I did show up with wet hair. So no washing was needed. It was quiet 1 other person in the "salon". Being my first time I guess I should have done more research. I was not thrilled with the lay out- and the no mirrors design. The whole we show you at the end made me extremely anxious. As someone who gets my hair washed and styled in salons a lot I was not sure how to handle this. Also the chairs they have are the MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIRS I've ever seen and used in a hair salon. As someone with back issues this was the worst part about the whole experience. As I was there an hour it was quite uncomfortable. The stylist was friendly "Reana" and the front end gal was nice. Overall I'd say it's a great spot for a quick fix if needed- my style lasted about 5days. But not somewhere I'd go regularly. Here for an hour (no wash) cost 59.00 for a blow dry and flat iron. Amazing service always!!! Love it here!!! Love the online app booking process. So easy.

My favorite stylist (Kezia) is gone and was one of the best with my texture. I wish my appointment wasn't just swapped and people notify me that I wouldn't have her. I thought when you have request you go to them , or they let you know . She had a resting bitch face but was super sweet and tried her best to give me what I wanted . Shame on you Drybar!!!!! read more

I absolutely adore this place! I had an amazing experience with my stylist Brooke. I did a Mai-Tai & she did a perfect job. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs their hair washed, blow dried & styled! read more

After the frustration of dealing with corporate, I went back to the local shop. The manager took my issues seriously. The owner contacted me within and hour and is refunding me. So I probably just got a stylist having a bad day. I would try them again. read more

I went to get an up-do for an event and scheduled in advance. I was stuck in traffic and called to make sure I could still come and they said it was fine, since it was an hour long appointment. I did arrive 15 minutes late and they said they couldn't wash my hair because I was late. After waiting for another 10 minutes they got me back, did an up do in about 15 minutes and sent me on my way with a good 15-20 minutes left of my appointment. My hair looks okay but it was not worth the FULL PRICE charge they charged me. I will not be going back. read more

Bianca did an incredible job! This was my first time getting a blowout and I was worried about my extensions hurting or accidentally being pulled during the shampoo or blow dry, but she was so gentle and careful it was like they weren't even there. I also love that she gave me the option to leave without brushing the curls out so I can get more hold. I'll definitely be back! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I got a blow out by Kezia (Kesia) last week and she was extremely rude. She did not speak to me my entire service. I have vivid hair color and asked to her use cold water and she acted like it was a problem and had an attitude about it. I pay a lot of money to maintain my hair and keep the color. I have extensions which you have to disclose when booking-she didn't want to deal with how much hair I have. It took TWO hours for her to do a blowout on my hair. She would have taken longer had another stylist (who was nice!!) hadn't came over and curled my hair for her while it was still getting dried. I get this service weekly and it takes an hour and 15 minutes. She barely washed my hair and then was extremely rough the entire time she was blow drying it. She not only ripped my extension loose-she RIPPED MY HAIR FOLLICLES OUT OF MY HEAD!! If you go here do NOT let this girl touch your hair!!! read more

I had my hair blown out this morning at Drybar Tulsa. It was an incredible experience from start to finish! 1st time to the Drybar & we had a GREAT experience! Would 100% recommend. Such a deserved splurge. Treat yourself to this experience!

Had a blowout for an event and Montana did a great job on an old fashion. Very pleased with the style and will be coming back!

Not worth it. This is my second time at the Drybar here in Tulsa. (I LOVED Drybar in Denver!) My first visit was far better than this time, but neither time did I feel it was worth the cost, as I usually do with a great blow out. My hair is thick and frizzy, and I left today with it looking frizzier than it does when I do it at home - even after paying $10 extra for sleeking treatment. So, sadly, I just paid $75 for a blow out that left my hair looking dull and dry. I am so disappointed. I did give three stars because the women here are kind, and the customer service is great. read more

I have a few stylists I really like at Drybar. My hair lasts multiple days and looks great.

Will not be back to this Drybar location. A group of bridesmaids and I arrived 10 minutes late to our appointment due to a bad storm and flooded roads in the area. We arrive and they inform us they can't wash and blowout our hair and that they just can do a dry styling because of the 10 minutes!! It is pouring outside so we are soaked from head to toe including our hair! We beg to let them wash our hair for our friends wedding that day and said they didn't have time which does not make sense because the next appointments were more from our group of bridesmaids so the timing would have been fine. I have been to other Drybars many times and it never takes more than an hour. Very disappointing! read more

We were late. Three appointments for 10, that we thought were 10:30. No reminder call. Our fault we were late. the manager was a bit short and could not figure out how to fit us in as they had appointments schedule 45 minutes later at 11-11:15. They took one of us and assigned 2 people and were finished in 23 minutes. The others stylist who were available sat in the back room. Bring a seasoned dry bar (blow dry) expert, I was surprised that they could not squeeze the other 2 of us in with a quick wash and dry. My hair can be completed in 20 minutes. I'm sure they need business and tips and we were super flexible. Note to self, not the only place in Tulsa. read more

The staff on duty on Sundays are horrible. Not only were they rude but the girl at the front desk kept cutting some nasty glances at me when I asked for my hair to be fixed. The person doing my hair made me look like a doll that's losing its hair. I looked better go in with a dirty bun on top my head then I did coming out with clean hair. She only made it worse after "trying" to fix it. I am a very loyal customer and have a membership. I have never experienced this terrible of a blow out in my life. It was simple instructions and easy to follow but I looked stringy and frizzy when I left. Don't go on Sundays, wait it out and go when the staff knows what they're doing during the week. If I could rate todays experience less than 1 star I would. read more

Kim is SO GREAT!! So kind and sweet, I love my hair!!! She took extra care + considered the weather when styling-- I am so appreciative. Parking is super easy with attached parking lot, warm welcome, super clean, + they offer refreshments. read more

As a hairstylist myself it was the absolute worst service I had received in any salon. The only reason I tipped the young lady was because my service cut into her lunch. And wanted to prove a point of stereotyping. I let it be known making the appointment it was my first visit so I had no clue of the process. She didn't explain absolutely anything to me. And didnt interact or speak to me the entire service. I advised her my hair had product and was dirty cause I had been sick and wasn't able to do it. My hair and scalp was far from clean after she washed it. They were out of the add on I pre requested. She wasn't even going to mention they were out until I asked. Then I was stereotyped because I was not white and she assumed my hair was course which it is far from. Then I kept getting another stylist walking by like 4 times and every time she would look and cut her eyes. I will definitely not be going back nor recommend. read more

Taitem did an AMAZING job on my hair. Staff was very attentive and friendly, plus being able to drink a mimosa while being pampered was the icing on top! Also, very impressed with the covid precautions and appreciated being able to wait in my car until It was time for my appointment to start. Highly recommend. I've been twice since they opened and will be going back again soon. read more

This place is awesome! I have been to many Drybar locations across various states and this one is by far my favorite! The guest experience from beginning to end is stellar. The bartender is peppy and personable! The stylists are very talented and also make great recommendations on various looks and products. They communicate the perfect amount during the style while also allowing you to have some time to enjoy your drink and the amazing movies and music. I really appreciate the cleanliness of this location as well, especially during Covid-19 times these days! The salon is pristine, including the hair wash areas in the back and the bathrooms! I also feel so protected and safe with the extra precautions they take to ensure everyone's safety. Not only is there pre-screening, but everyone is masked up for additional safety throughout the appointment! I would recommend Drybar Tulsa any day of the week!! I love it! read more
