She does not have her own policy, and wanted to force me to wear a mask. She tried to make 'other accommodations' for me by coming in on a time where 'she is off' to do my hair, and my wax. Yes, I have a medical condition, but no I'm not 'sick' or endangering anyone else and am following local guidelines. I walked out of there. In 30 minutes: I had a new salon in Edmond, OK scheduled and they even apologized to me for being medically discriminated against and worked me in fast. Also, I had a new wax place located in Edmond, OK where they, too, apologized for my experience and said of course they would never discriminate and, per ordinance, are not allowed to say anything to anyone not wearing a mask anyways. So, take your business elsewhere if you have a medical ailment since this business does not know: 1. The law/ordinance and 2. Is disrespectful to those that meet medical exemptions.

The nail tech shook someone else's nail dust off a towel right into my face and lap. My sister's ring fingernail was filed down to almost nothing without asking her preference, and they painted all her nails the wrong way. They also clipped her finger so deep it bled and filed my fingers so aggressively they cut my skin. Absolutely unsanitary and careless.
