I have been going to the same girl for the last 10+ years so I was a little scared to have someone else cut my hair. I wEnt to Ulta to see if they had time for a walk in but she was unfortunately by herself and didn't have time. I bought some product and asked the girl at the register if she knew of a place who took walkins and recommended Glo (she worked their as well). As soon as I walked into Glo I was greeted by the girl at the front desk. She was super sweet and welcoming. She told me I was in luck and that Paige was open at the moment. She offered me a drink (water, soda) while I waited. Paige came and got me from the front and took me back to her station. She was super sweet and listened to how I wanted my hair. She knew I was from out of town and a little nervous but she was awesome. I will definitely see Paige again if I come back and need a cut. The ladies at Glo were very professional, sweet and understanding. I felt very welcomed at Glo. Thanks so much Paige for the great cut!!

I got my eyebrows done by Jaide for the first time recently, and even though she was incredibly nice and professional. She just cannot do brows. She did not wax the top of my eyebrow, almost to the point where they didnt even look done. They aren't close to being identical... She overdid the tint and made it extremely thick and dark, that it's very obvious and not at all natural looking. My co workers were laughing so hard whenever I returned back to work since I got them done while on break. 10/10 would NOT recommend getting your brows done here as Jaide is now they're only brow person. I heard Alex switched to Level 7 and that will be where I take my business from now on. Which is so sad because Ulta has great prices and I love to browse after!

Yes, I have a medical condition, but no I'm not 'sick' or endangering anyone else and am following local guidelines. I walked out of there. Also, I had a new wax place located in Edmond, OK where they, too, apologized for my experience and said of course they would never discriminate and, per ordinance, are not allowed to say anything to anyone not wearing a mask anyways. So, take your business elsewhere if you have a medical ailment since this business does not know: 1. The law/ordinance and 2. Is disrespectful to those that meet medical exemptions.
