I had a major complaint 6 years ago to which they did nothing about it. An employee was throwing change at me and basically telling me he was gonna do what he wanted and he did. I would go to other checkers and he would stop what he was doing and help sack my groceries and make snide comments about me. I talked to managers and was even called by the owner who swore he would get fired but suprise they kept him on. I stopped going in there and when I finally came back periodically the guy that was harassing me was gone but my feelings for that place did not. Why pay to shop at a place that really doesnt care for its customers. Bathrooms were horrible, they smelled and nobody was hardly ever in the post office part in the latter part days of the store. Even merging with consumers IGS did not save this store as I said goodbye food pyramid, homeland, sucky store glad that your gone.......

Visited on: multiple dates from 2012 to present…read more To my knowledge, this and Consumers are the only conventional dedicated grocery stores in Stillwater, and Food Pyramid is probably the most well-rounded grocery store, with the best selection of items and the most pleasant shopping environment. They tend to have better quality items (a good example is in ice cream) and the freshest produce. Their main downfall is their somewhat higher prices in comparison to Consumers and Walmart.

The adults who own/work at the restaurant do not speak English. The service is a bit lacking and when we were done, we couldn't find anyone. We also had left over food but they didn't have lids that fit their containers. It was a bit frustrating. One male worker was trying to close the lid on my container and his hand slipped a bit and his finger went into my left overs. The food, however, was delicious so I'm torn as to whether or not I'd return there. The portions were generous. We didn't order the cream cheese garlic naan (we ordered regular garlic naan) and didn't realize they had this on their menu until we tasted it. We thought it was their unique naan. When we looked at the menu again we realized the young girl had just written our order wrong. It tasted fine but not something we will likely order again.

Aldi is a simple store. They've got their own system, and that's what saves the company (and…read moreconsumers) money. Use the carts for a quarter, and return the carts to get a quarter. Bag your own items in your own bags (or use one of the cardboard boxes from the store). Beware of the first aisle; it tempts you with junk food and sugar (but some is ok). If produce goes bad, Aldi is pretty good about taking it back. I'd suggest this store over Walmart on price, under for selection, and under for location (the old Walmart is closer to housing on the Southside of campus). I'm no die hard fan, but I generally like it more.

It was interesting to find out that they don't have grocery bags (unless you purchase paper ones), but rather you can grab one of their boxes from anywhere and use it to carry your groceries. I just went tonight and bought good, quality meats and produce for $50 for the next week or so. This is so much cheaper and better than any of the other grocery stores I have been to. They also have a great discount isle and a fun little section of random things where I even bought my dog a sweater! I will always go to Aldi if given the option. Only downside is that something they don't carry everything I need for a recipe so I have to go to another store.

She definately used her hand held scanner to slow the register as she had to cone over to help and look over what we were purchasing. Then as soon as .y son scanned some waters and pop and put them in the cart. She ran over and put a sticker on 1 water bottle. I asked what she was doing and she walks off glaring at me.i went to customer service and was told that they are supposed to put a sticker on items not sacked. We had more items that had no sticker and I told her this has never happened before with the sticker thing. I told the person behind the counter that she could have said that to us while we were checking out at self checkout but I think she was so busy making sure we wasnt stealing anything to actually tell us about the sticker.
