I got my eyebrows done by Jaide for the first time recently, and even though she was incredibly nice and professional. She just cannot do brows. She did not wax the top of my eyebrow, almost to the point where they didnt even look done. They aren't close to being identical... She overdid the tint and made it extremely thick and dark, that it's very obvious and not at all natural looking. My co workers were laughing so hard whenever I returned back to work since I got them done while on break. 10/10 would NOT recommend getting your brows done here as Jaide is now they're only brow person. I heard Alex switched to Level 7 and that will be where I take my business from now on. Which is so sad because Ulta has great prices and I love to browse after!

We walk in the door and were asked can I help you find something 20 times by both employees. Every time I say no thank you i'de like to look and let my son decide and they just giggled. I was talking to him and noticed them staring at us. Finally one employee pretends that she is straightening up items next to us. She then And asks can I help you all with anything so annoyed I tell her you know what if you think we are gonna steal then cone over an watch us don't move just stay right next to us. Well you would think she would have been embrassed and left us alone but she giggled and stayed right there watching us. The phone rang and you could see the turmoil in her mind.
