Looks pretty unsafe at night and often this location looks closed at night because there are no outside lights so when the rest of the stores are closed in the plaza this place looks shut down as well. I do appreciate that they are open until 7:00 some evenings. The staff has had a complete turn over since my last visit to this location. (I moved to the West Coast) so I can not speak to the friendliness or knowledge of the staff but the girl I encountered tonight was friendly even though I came in 15 minutes before closing time. They had all of the items I needed including Redken color. I do feel that they should move to a much larger location because this one is way too small to have everything they have crammed in it. Makes for awkward maneuvering around it all. All in all I have no big complaints.

Called to schedule an appointment for my daughter who is at Ball State. I was driving 2 hrs from the other side of the state to take her since she doesn't have a car on campus and could accommodate that request. Then the day of, I'm about an hour out of Muncie and the stylist texts asking to change the appointment to a different day because her other job needed her to come in early. When my daughter tells her that this the only day she has available because she doesn't have a ride other than me and I was driving 2 hrs to get there, she said she can't do it and no other stylist was available. So disappointing and not a good look for this business. We scheduled a week in advance and were willing to accommodate the request to move the time up. This appointment that was set should have been honored before a second job.
