I did a fill in builder gel set like I do with him and got a white French tip. I left with them being very lumpy, bubbles and lines all through out, and black fibers all in the nails, the white tips were not the same size/lines not straight, plus the thumbs aren't square like the rest of the nails. $75 down the drain. I called not even an hour later to let them know and was told to come back today, at 2. I showed up and the owner did not even look at them to see exactly what was wrong. I was told to wash my hands and have a seat. Instead of having someone else completely redo them I was sat with the same lady who did not do them right in the first place making it awkward instantly. She did nothing different except redo the coating (which she also did not redo one of my thumbs for whatever reason) at this point I was so irritated I did not care what they looked like. I again left with bubbles, uneven, my thumbs are not square and all the black fibers are still in my nails. Very unprofessional and do not recommend. I wasted $75, my time was wasted two times and nothing was resolved! I 100% will only be going for sing and only recommend him.

Then they tried to cancel my appointment saying there wouldn't be time to complete it after resetting the room. When I went to leave the esthetician seen that I was crying and ended up doing my appointment. When I went to leave the lady at the desk body shamed me and said from now on we will make sure to have tables for body types like you.
