After trying them a few times I decided to buy the kind in the pic. I've had facial palsy for two years I found it very uncomfortable to remove the sticker from my affected side. Got in to tan and used them one time. I took them off after my tan and they literally fell into pieces and even the center of them was cracked. I didn't drop them, throw them, sit on them etc. I politely asked after my tan to exchange them. I was told she couldn't but a note would be placed on my account to exchange them the next time. Next time...I planned to buy lotion today and continue tanning and the friendly associate was on the phone with someone and when I said there should be a note on my account she asked the person on the phone if she could assist me with my broken eyewear and she was told no. Clearly they don't trust their customers not to try to cheat them out of 6$ broken glasses. They also don't trust their employees to handle simple decisions like replacing eyewear bought 10 mins before they broke. I wanted to cancel and get my money back vs continuing to tan but if you think that's how it works, wrong! If they care so much about eyewear that honestly costs .50 to buy they definitely aren't giving back unused tanning $$. It's the point of bad service, not the price at all!!!!!! I'm truly just amazed and saddened because I know this will mean nothing to them.

It was soaking wet and seemed homemade, not like the nice Mystic Tan booths I'd used before. They didn't ask me what color I wanted to be sprayed with and against my better judgement, I went ahead with the process. The tan was a terrible shade of orange and very streaky. Luckily I still had a few weeks before the wedding that I needed to be tan for. The facility was disgusting and there was a sign on the wall asking patrons to not use the trash cans as toilets- gross! I bought a package but definitely won't be returning.

I've been to other salons in Muncie/Indianapolis/Noblesville/Georgia/Colorado, getting both sunless and regular "tans" and I still prefer to come here, I've even gotten cancer at another local salon, so I stick to sunless now-a-days. I've never had a Mystic last past one week or look "natural" until here. It's common sense and you HAVE to know how to do them, how to pose, how to dry off afterwards. Mystics are different than VersaSpas, etc. Don't be afraid to ask questions!..Which is why I've never had a bad sunless tanning experience. As to the other review, I've seen signs regarding urination in salons across the United States. It's common sense to not do this in a tanning salon, but people still unfortunately ignore it, even though the staff can pause the beds.

When Sylvia finished she asked how we liked it and if we wanted anything different. We LOVE this look and appreciated the little starter kit for taking care of our lashes. The starter kit had cleaner, a wand, etc. The location is convenient as was parking. There were many other services provided here too (waxing, microblading, etc).
