Spray tan was spotty. I specifically put barrier cream on my hands and bottoms of my feet and those spots ended up the darkest by far! Almost as if the barrier cream attracted the tan instead of prevented it. The space was clean, though. I guess you get what you pay for (I had a coupon). Not going to be in a rush to go back unless it's an emergency.

The lady heard me and told me the first tan was free, and then showed me that I can sign up for texts and get another free tan. There was no mention of memberships or pricing or anything. I signed my little waiver and within 5 minutes got into a bed. She also gave me her recommendations, as I burn super easily, and I actually didn't come out burnt! It was super clean and I really liked the vibe of the room! Solely because of this treatment, I'll never go to another tanning salon, and I'm more than happy to come back often and pay full price! I completely understand that businesses need to make money and a profit, but this marketing is better than just handing someone a list of prices and trying to convince them to choose the most expensive one. They also refused to prorate or refund any portion of my payment. According to the employee I spoke with, the owner has a blanket policy of not issuing refunds under any circumstances. The owner was not very polite either while on the phone. I wasn't informed of the price increase until two weeks after my payment had been taken. After initially denying me access to services I had already paid for, the owner's "resolution" was to allow me to use the service just one final time on Monday (7/14). I understand that prices can increase, but blindsiding clients and taking their money without proper notice or options is completely unacceptable. After being a loyal client for three years, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this business.

I looked up tip and shaved and exfoliated before arriving and did not put any products on my skin. The girl at the desk was very helpful and explained the differences in the spray tans. With her help I decided to get a tan that shows instantly and added moisturizer. She then walked me to the back and explained the process to me. They have barrier cream to put on hands and feet. I wish I would have used a but more but it was fine. There is a hair net to cover your hair but don't let it sit on your forehead. Last, there are sticky pads for the bottom of your feet. Once you get in you stand as directed and push the button. It's over in a matter of 2 minutes and you step out dry. She was not kidding when she said instant! I was immediately tan and it looked great! There was no orangey tone it was very natural. When I got home my fiancé said I looked thinner but he couldn't figure out why. . Now I feel like I have to come back every month!

It's always clean. You also can't beat the prices and deals. We usually wait for sales where you buy a certain dollar amount and get more as a bonus in your account which can be used towards any type of tan even spray. And I know as soon as it gets hot enough to tan outside I'm going to sizzling if I don't get a base going. Very easy to join, a little pricey (not sure what to compare it to but seems spendy). BUT the place is spotless. The staff is friendly and there is hardly a wait. If this is your first time tanning, I would lather up your face, neck, ears and top of your chest. I just use 15 SPF tanning lotion, I really don't need more freckles or any skin damage. And my skin still looks even it's just more protected than the rest of my snow white skin. Also, I prefer the stand-up booth, there are handles so you can stand there with your arms up and not worry about white spots. I usually get my groove on while in there, gotta dance to the music man. I plan to just use this month's membership to get my base and then let the natural sun do the rest!

The beds are always "freshly sanitized," yet somehow still feel sticky, which is honestly impressive in the worst possible way. The staff seem either completely uninterested in helping you or aggressively pushing overpriced lotions that cost more than the actual membership. Emily in specific has provided multiple bad experiences and from what I can see treats her staff disrespectfully. The "membership deals" are also a joke. good luck trying to cancel without feeling like you're negotiating a hostage situation. if you enjoy wasting money and dealing with horrible staff and a terribly run business then go here.
