He is very friendly, and thorough. He gave me options for skin care. Gave me samples and suggestions on how to get my medication if insurance wouldn't pay for all of it. So grateful I found this Dermatologist office. They do my annual skin check. And I had a heat rash on my chest. They prescribed steroid ointment. Completely cleared up in a week! Unfortunately I had a few bumps I was concerned about. One was precancerous. The other was cancerous. Thankfully we caught it quickly and outpatient surgery was done. If it wasn't for Dr. Gust, this would have been disastrous. My GP got it completely wrong and if I had listened to them instead if my gut instinct, I would have cancer still. Very grateful to Dr Gust and staff for always taking cate of me. They even remember personal details. It feels like friends and family instead of a doctor office.

I get to the appointment 5 minutes late and she tells me that she can only work on me for 5 minutes because she has someone at 5pm. OK so I understood that and continue to proceed to the appointment. I get to the appointment, she does just the bottom of my brows and sent me on my way with no mirror or asking me how I like it, NOTHING and still charges me the full balance of $37 even though she did HALF the job! $37 for 4 minutes of work is absolutely disgusting! I will never in my life return to this business again that was extremely unprofessional and not cool because I have been coming to this business for years! She clearly has no consideration for her clients. I am an aesthetician myself, and I could never in my life imagine doing someone like that. To put the cherry on top when I get out of the appointment, the woman that was behind me was a few minutes late so she could have worked on me until the woman got there, but didn't. I never knew in my life that taking two minutes out of your day just to keep someone happy would be so harmful to your world!!! Honestly, a true spit in the face!
