    I never considered using Ulta for hair services before and I don't know why. I booked a last minute total blonde session with Taliah and I'm so glad I did. My hair looks so good!!!! I'm already pretty blonde and wanted a root touch up and a bit of color fixing. She did a great job. I described the color I wanted and she made my dream come to life. She was very nice as well! She also styled it sooooo pretty and made me wish I had somewhere to go after my appointment lol. I shopped around after and got some makeup. No complaints overall. Definitely consider using Ulta for beauty services! Taliah H. was great!!

    Located in Laurel Town Center. This store is clean and organized with helpful and friendly employees. I found exactly what I was looking for. I signed up for their membership. Parking is limited here but not terrible! I'd come back again.

    If you're looking to get any hair service done, look no further and book an appointment with Cindy ASAP. Cindy has been doing my hair for years and every time I leave her salon, I look and feel like literal million bucks! She is very professional and will make you feel comfortable the second you sit down in her chair. I've always let her do her thing since she knows best as a hair dresser but if I ever have a suggestion, she always works around it. I also love that my haircut 'points' go towards my Ulta rewards so I'm able to progress in their reward system fairly quickly.

    Shoutout to our local community heroes! Kim was so helpful, kind, and bright spirited. I literally had to stop her 5 times to help me while she was stocking the shelves. She even unlocked the restroom for me. I needed nail, acetone, silk hair serum, polish, and face powder. Nice store with bright lights and tons of product. It's like a candy store for beauty products. They even have a clearance shelf for even more bargains. The member account is nice for storing up points towards coupons and discounts. There is always new products to keep up with the ever changing business. Fun to roam around! The staff is friendly and attentive. Bravo!

    So on the day before Mothers Day, you can't shop. There's a sign on the door that doesn't really give you the full explanation of why the door is locked. As I approached, I see staff walking around. Other potential customers came up as I read the sign and didn't get the understanding as well. So I called the number as they waited on the call. The young lady said yes we're closed for POS today and I said what is POS, she paused in disbelief that I didn't know what that meant... she said no purchase of sale. In other words, we can't do anything for you unless you purchased on line. I told her thank you and the other customers wondered why wasn't the note clearer. Oh well, on to another store but I really love Ulta

    I came in with my daughter to get an undercut and Hannah did an OUTSTANDING job! She was totally professional and made my daughter very comfortable! (She was nervous about it!) I would recommend Hannah for all your hair needs!

    Hannah Joy has been one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever done business with. She shows up 30 minutes late for my appointment and then mess up my hair by putting the wrong color. I guess because she came in just for me, she felt like she was doing me a favor. But when you are charging $120 for a color you are not doing me a favor. So I asked her for a bleach blonde and after she bleach my hair she decided to put a grey toner. Why? I don't know. So I didn't know that she had mess up my hair until she asked me to pay because the store was closed and they were just waiting for her to finish. After she blow dry my hair and started using the flat iron on it my hair started to turned yellow. Yes yellow so she suggested more toner on it. Now all of this happened 2 days before I had to go out of town to a wedding and no she didn't offer to fix the color. Oh and she was supposed to cut my hair but she didn't feel like it so I has to wait until I got to Denver and find someone to cut my hair which I had to pay $90.

    First I would like to start of by the saying the energy in the room was great I really did feel at…read morepeace. I came to charm after struggling with my skin for a full year, after having amazing skin. I had tried everything and nothing seemed to be working. I decided to give facials a try to seek professional help. Before this I had done extensive research on skin and like I mentioned previously had my hands on multiple products but nothing was the right fit. The extractions were extremely painful which alarmed me instantly but I had never gotten a facial and didn't know any better. Extractions may be discomforting but should never be painful. Also when doing extractions you're supposed to gently extract until all puss, then blood and finally when the congestion is clear you will see a clear fluid. This clear fluid is called "serous fluid" it's important to clear the sac until you see this fluid or else the sac will fill up again and cause even more inflammation. Therefore defeating the purpose of doing an extraction in the first place. I don't believe this protocol was followed because I was left with painful swollen pimples on my forehead that weren't visible before my visit. Which left me feeling even more insecure. Trusting someone with my skin was a huge step for me and I am dissatisfied and disappointed. I understand results may not have been instant but I shouldn't have been in pain and left with more skin imperfections then when I laid down. I don't believe the right procedure was followed. I do plan to follow up with someone who may be more knowledgeable and hopefully find something that works for my skin. In response to charm: I understand extractions can cause discomfort but they were making me almost want to cry and they should never be that painful extractions should have some discomfort but there should never be pain. you also didn't drain the entire inflammation which left me with more pimples and more scarring due to how harsh your technique was . When doing extractions you were supposed to drain the pus and then all blood until the oil is present and you did not do that which left the pimple even more inflamed. My cheeks were permanently scarred and I still have to seek professional help to get that prepared due to what you did.

    I went to this European Wax Center the day before my trip. I listed my facial actives when I made…read morethe appointment and had stopped them a week prior. Still, I was refused service and told I needed a doctor's note upon arrival. Or to be off actives for 30 days. This has never been an issue before at any other location. First time at the Laurel location. I usually go to College Park or Silver Spring. I had to scramble and get my brows threaded elsewhere that night. I asked for the manager's contact and called the next day to express my frustration. I explained everything. She said the waxer was a new employee. I told her I'd sign a waiver of liability if needed, but I wasn't stopping my actives for longer than a week nor bringing in a doctor's note. I also asked to use my now expired birthday coupon beyond the expiration date and my request was honored. I went back after my trip for my eyebrows to be cleaned up as they were still in good shape from getting them threaded three weeks ago. Smooth appointment until checkout, when the front desk staff tried to charge me. I reminded her it was supposed to be complimentary, gave the manager's name who booked the appointment, and had her verify it. Apparently there were no notes in my appointment. There were other customers in the waiting room. Awkward. What if the manager hadn't answered the call? It would have been my word with no backing and an embarrassment. While this location is convenient, I'm not sure I will frequent it. Two out of two visits have required calling the manager. Not a welcoming experience.

Today I came for a client meeting- I mean who can't parlay over pedicures- and ended up get sub par pedicures, negative energy and quick inattentive service. The techs seemed irritated by our presence.
