I'm not sure if this place is still open, and I'm posting this review as a warning to others: DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE ONLINE. I did a lot of research before making an appointment. There were tons of reviews, some of them were recent, and there was NO indication that the salon had closed anywhere online so I booked my appointment, paid a deposit, confirmed my appointment, and showed up, only to find that the salon is no longer listed at the current address (it's a completely different salon now), one of the phone numbers listed is disconnected, and the other doesn't pick up. At no point in time did anybody contact me to let me know that they were no longer accepting appointments or that they had moved. Hopefully I will be able to get my deposit back. Very disappointed as this was the first time in over a year I was able to block out the time to take care of my hair. If the business owners are reading this, if you've closed shop, please take down your online booking listing. read more

Love love LOVE my haircut!! Carol is the one who cut my hair. It was all the way to my lower back, almost my hips, and I was originally so sad about getting it cut, but my job requires me to wear a tight bun everyday and I was starting to see some hair thinning and tension folliculitis and didn't want to get a receding hairline at 25. So I figured I'd just cut it short now, make the sacrifice, so I can enjoy long hair later. But I am SO happy I came here! My hair is a little above my shoulders now and it looks better than it did when it was long! Miss Carol was super knowledgeable, and really put me at ease by explaining everything she was doing as she was doing it. She was able to tell how my hair comes in kind of wavy/curly by looking at the roots (since it was straighter due to being weighed down before) and adjusted the cut accordingly. When I asked for bangs, even without knowing exactly how I wanted them to look, she gave me some that suit my face shape really well. Another cool thing about this place is they're familiar with military hair regulations. Definitely recommend it for any military peeps in the area, men or women. One last bonus: she took the time to braid my hair before cutting it, and managed to save a lot for donating! read more

Well having long thick hair is a struggle to find someone that can take goof care of it. Well this for me is Entourage Hair Gallery. I been coming to Mrs Carol for 3 years now and I have to say every Time I leave the salon not only looking fabulous but feeling great as well. After horrible experiences at local salons I can say I found someone that truly knows what she is doing A color wizard when it comes to coloring your hair. Carol uses top of the line products that not only will leave your hair smelling amazing but feeling too. I give it 5 stars because it's what I am allow up of it were up to me I give it 10! Carol, the owner, is delightful. I found her when my stylist was on maternity leave. She treated me as if I were a regular customer and I am now. She listened to my needs and offered information about services I hadn't considered. She's passionate about her work, is experienced, and customer-focused. WARNING! This is going to be a long read but a useful one. I'd like to firstly say that Carol is a sweet woman initially. I also consider I colored my virgin black hair with her over 2 years ago. I wanted to go platinum blonde, she told me she could do it and I left with yellow hair but she says it's because I just had a 1 year old baby so my hair couldn't withstand too much processing; I paid the full price (over $300 then) and cried in my car. I didn't voice my displeasure adamantly then but I told myself I wouldn't go back to her Salon again. Stubborn me, as she's conveniently 7 minutes away from me, and also figured she definitely has gotten better after 2 years, I called and scheduled my appointment with Carol for 6/2/2022 but came in for a consultation on 6/1/2022 so she can see my hair and explain to her EXACTLY what I wanted before starting service the next day. I showed her my inspiration picture of what I eventually what my hair to look like. I told her I wanted most of my hair chopped off and only the 3-4 inches of new growth colored blonde since the rest was over processed and I also put red/orange box dye on it so I knew it was completely useless. She said it wasn't necessary to cut all the hair and she'll try to correct the ends. After coloring, my roots were VERY yellow, the rest was orangy, reddish. I asked her if she uses Olaplex to restore the hair but she said she uses Joico. Also, I thought I was going to get a treatment to put moisture or something to repair the broken bonds but I was at the shampoo seat for less than 10 minutes. She insists she put leave in conditioner and serum. Right after shampoo, she started blow drying my hair. Flat ironed my hair and I told her the ends were too stiff and fried so it needs to be cut. She starts getting an attitude and asks how short I want it. I told her she was a professional, she should know what is healthy and fried hair. Now at this point we're understandably tired after 3.5 hours, but I was so upset and started crying. She cuts a bit off but my hair and flat irons my hair again. I complained again of No root shadow, hair is yellow and she and her assistant (Tiffany) kept telling me my hair is NOT yellow, it's cool blonde In the end, she says she can use clippers to cut it all off. I was done and over the day. She charged me $150 for "the products used". She wasn't remorseful and she felt she did everything right. read more

Carol is the "BOMB DOT COM" when it comes to hair color. I love her knowledge of hair color and would not go anywhere else. She's honest and more concerned with your hair being " healthy " than your desire to have color at the cost of hair damage. read more

I called last week and made an appointment for this Monday 8/15/22 with Tiffany and got a message Monday morning (the day of the appointment) saying I was rescheduled to Wednesday at 2pm. I called to say that Wednesday did not work for me and Tiffany told me that she would take me at 3pm on Tuesday. I showed up at 3pm on Tuesday and the salon was closed. I waited 25 mins and called and no one answered the phone nor showed up. No one called to apologize or even acknowledge the no show. Definitely a business I would not recommend and will state the same on social media and all the review sites. Totally unprofessional!!!! read more

I'm giving 4 stars because I like the location & The owner is nice. The downfall is that they are not organized. I purchased 3 scalp treatment. I did the first one & everything came out good. My second appointment, the shop was closed & no one bothered to call or leave me a voicemail to let me know that my appointment is canceled (the booking site still had me for that date & I confirmed). I recently had my second appointment done & when I went, of course I wasn't on the schedule for that date. The owner still attended me so I was happy about that. I get a call today on how they don't have history of my purchases & made me feel terrible because I already have a few bad experiences with them & now I get a phone call asking for proof of purchase, the worst part is that I never got a receipt. I have my final treatment scheduled in two weeks & honestly I'm not too sure if I would want to continue doing services with them from those experiences I've had with them. read more

Carol is wonderful! She knows her hair color and most importantly for me, understands my hair texture and it's challenges and strengths. She eases off when I'm nervous about something and listens. So the trust is there. Tiffany is also great at what she does with braids and more with her clients and has some times given me great washes and handled my hair at certain points of my appointments with ease. They make a great teams. Carol also invests in teaching and mentoring aspiring trainees at Entourage which is always a good thing in my opinion. read more

Carol is a very talented and I have been having her do my hair for almost four years now. In fact, she is probably the most talented hair stylist I have been to. Unfortunately, she can be terribly unprofessional when handling routine problems as the owner of the business. My first problem came two visits ago when after confirming I wanted the same thing I always get, she chose to do something different. When I questioned her, she became irate and began blaming me for poor communication. The next visit was ok, despite being a little long because she was working on multiple clients. However, my last and final visit did not happen because I was 10 mins late. When I arrived, she had a terrible attitude about me being late and not calling. When I explained that I was late because it was rush hour in DC and raining, and I didn't feel safe driving she continued to carry on about why I hadn't called. At that point, I decided it was best to find a more professional stylist. It saddens me to write this, but if you are going to go here, be prepared to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a client. And if you say anything about it, expect she will be talking about you to her "good" clients - I know because I used to be one of them. read more
