I trim my own cuticles so there's nothing to trim. Then he painted my nails.... No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing. They were going to charge me $20 for a manicure when all he did was get my fingers wet and paint them with regular polish. When I told the front desk woman what happened, she called the dude over and tried to argue with me about it. I explained if he had done a manicure why was I back there for a total of 15 minutes and half of that was waiting for him? So I paid for the polish only and left. I'm a pretty good tipper usually as well, 50%-100%. They missed out. My niece got a full set, and the lady that did her nails didn't speak any english at all, and was rude as well. It's super disappointing when you want to pamper your self a little and get that kind of terrible service. Will be looking for recommendations for a place that does the service they say they are going to do and are not rude.

So thankfully I left early because I still couldn't find the salon when I was using the correct address. I also wouldn't have agreed to a dry cut if I'd have known I was still going to be charged $52. I was in and out of the salon in less than 20 minutes and she made $57 off me after tip. I would've taken the wash, cut, blowdry And style for that kind of money. In my opinion, unprofessional from minute one. I can't send friends there thinking they will get that same experience. And that's a shame because the salon/boutique was cute. I would've spent more money there had I enjoyed my experience. I gave an extra star because I don't hate my haircut.

I picked the ones I wanted and looked for another sign that said that so I could make sure I choose from the correct variety and there was a sign in the middle of the in the stars collection so i choose from that. And then went to check out and when I did brandy was there to check me out. She told me the in the stars collection was not part of the deal. They had their own sale going. I told her about the sign and she got an attitude really fast and tried explaining the correct sale to me. But her attitude ruined it. I told her I understand but she needs to move the sign. And that really frustrated her for some reason and then another employee who was listening in laughed insyead of trying to help. All I did was make a simple merchandising segestion and she acted like I was in the wrong and was rude and gave me an attitude. I made the segestion so other customers wouldn't be confused like I was. I then went and found a different employee told her about the sign and she explained to me which ones were part of the sale that I was looking for. The customer service in this store could be a lot better than it was and the merchandising could be better as well. And the attitudes have got to go!
