I booked for 9am I sat and waited for my appointment to start till 9:20. when the lady finally started it was really bright in the room. I asked for eye cover and table warmer the lady never did either.Then my massage that was booked for a hour was over at 9:55. she felt rushed I guess maybe she was running late I always go but this was by far the worst massage I've gotten. Very disappointed in the customer service. The receptionist was very unprofessional. I had an issue logging into my account online, this was never resolved. After multiple times of calling for appointments and not being accommodated I requested to cancel the membership. I am paying for absolutely nothing. of course they can not cancel this over the over the phone, you must waste your time by going to do this face to face. very frustrating. read more

Only care about regulars not new customers. Rescheduled me multiple times because of their AC being out for a week. She said "we will make you a priority" of course that was a lie. I got a call back a week later with a time that doesn't work with my schedule and she said well I only have one for a week after next. Which mind you I had already told them I have to pick up my kids at school at 3 and I'm about to give birth in a week. She said well we have our regulars who are already scheduled we are going to have to put you on the waiting list. Absolutely ridiculous. Never doing business or recommending to anyone. read more

I love this place! I've gotten massages at several different places, but I've finally found a place that I like everything about it. I've been using Sherri since I started my monthly massages and she does an amazing job every time. I normally would only get 60 minute massages, but after coming here I boosted it to 90 minutes because it's so relaxing and I never want to leave. Signed up a few days ago and scheduled my first 90-minute massage for this morning. I arrived, filled out some paper-work and was guided to the room. I got on the massage table at 9:10 and the therapist was finished at 9:50AM. Upon exiting, I informed her I had booked a 90-minute massage, to which the receptionist agreed, but they weren't sure why it wasn't reflected in the schedule. I was told my only option, since they had already charged my card was to gain the 30-minutes during my next visit, or if I decided to book a facial. My complaint is that even the hour long massage was just around 40-minutes, and second, why wouldn't you credit my CC instead of telling me my only option was for my next visit? The therapist was nice and did a good job, but the limited time and the snafu with the booking has me second guessing my decision to sign up for monthly massages. read more

I was disappointed in the Lake Jackson site. I booked 60 min massages for my husband and myself. We were late and knew that would just be taken out of the time. I still received a great 45 min massage getting done at 3pm, but my husband maybe got a 30 massage. He went in after I did and was sitting in the lobby when I came out. We use to go to a Massage Heights in Pasadena and loved it. Just disappointed in the difference between our experiences. read more
