Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. Caregivers were very professional, kind, and tolerant with my mother who suffered from dementia with behavioral issues. If there was a staffing shortage, it never affected us. We have dealt with Home Instead caring for an aunt in another city, and there are always call outs, leaving us to scramble to get someone to supervise her.
