When I first started working for this company all went well just last year like 2025 I started not feeling appreciated the Staffs in the office John & Megan does not know how to talk to you and when I reported it to Mrs. Barbara she really didn't do anything about it. Sadly my other home care company ghosted me the day before my father discharged from rehab, leaving me scrambling for care and making calls on a Saturday. Although Temporary Home Care did not have staffing in my area on such short notice, they recommended another company that was able to help. Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. Gee, I wanted to use these people so bad but I called and left messages yesterday, last week and today and spoke to an answering service(?) but can't get anyone to return my calls. I am forced to go to another company as I need help asap. If they are unavailable during the weekdays, I don't feel comfortable using their services. read more

The whole staff at Temporary Home Care is incredible. From the moment I met Barbara, I knew my father would be in wonderful hands. She took the time to sit down with me at my home and explain all the services her nurses and nursing assistants would provide. She was transparent with the cost (which was competitive, if not better, than other companies I contacted), and answered my endless array of questions. She had wonderful nursing assistants look after my dad 24-7 for many months while he recovered from an acute illness. They were always professional, on time, and went above and beyond with their care. Repeat client. I've used Temporary Home Care (THC) on two separate occasions to help care for my ill mother - once for a two month period and most recently for eight months. The service I received, not only from the caregivers but also from the THC staff, made the experience incredibly positive and productive for both my mother and the rest of our family. The caregivers showed compassion, kindness and patience with my mother and became an extension of our family. Additionally, the THC staff was available around the clock to help with any additional requests and/or modifications to schedules. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about the Temporary Home Care team. Our family needed to find around the clock care for our Grandmother and we were very anxious in selecting the right team to assist in providing her the care she has given us all of our lives. We interviewed a number of agencies in town and met with the top three and when our family met with Barbara, there was no question that they were the right choice. We needed to get my Grandmother home as quickly as possible and the day we met their team, they said they would have someone at her house that evening to care for her. Our family would come visit every day to spend time with our her and let her know we were there, and when she finally passed , the Temp. Home Care Caregivers felt as if they were member of the family. It was very important to us that she was constantly clean and never in any pain or discomfort and every day when I would visit and asked her if she needed anything, she would respond stating that the caregiver was taking good care of her and that she was fine.
