Ok I don't know where to start but I will say that this company is a blessing but let me tell you…read morewhy I say this. We all know there is a shortage of caregivers and the help for our love ones even with finances it's impossible to give what you can so many times we give the bare minimum. My father lives in Houston from Minneapolis where he had quality care and I had no clue what to expect but he had no choice but to live in Houston. Now I have to help out and I had no clue where to call or what to do because I'm not from there but I know his health was declining and his emotional and mental state was going right with it. My aunt can't help anymore with my fathers health she feels he need around the clock care so she called me and told me about a place she saw at an informational called insignia and she just gathered the info so I can call and it's a free consultation. Well I called without reading anything because I was desperate. My goodness I spoke with this amazing woman and she calmed every nerve I had and told me about the difference in the help I'm asking for vs what I needed and assured me they can fit it just for him. I balled my eyes out speaking with her because I feel horrible not being there to help and she gave me my time to vent and listened ... she said she wants the same and I believe them. I just want good quality of life for him. I will say I feel confident by the phone call alone and follow up call that he will be in good hands, and kudos to the team member I spoke to that taught me so much. I thought everything was under one umbrella. I will say to anyone just call and let your mind be at ease because it is hard and if I can say this and I'm out of state and my father is in Houston and he's able in an affordable way have the help he needs. You need to call.

I cannot thank insignia HCS enough for the compassion, professionalism, and support they provided…read morewhile caring for my aunt, who was living with dementia. From the very beginning, the staff treated her with such kindness, patience, and respect--it was clear they understood the unique challenges of dementia care and went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and dignity. What meant the most to our family was how personal the care felt. Her caregiver wasn't just there to assist--she became a trusted companion. She knew how to calm my aunt during moments of confusion, made her smile with familiar routines, and communicated closely with our family so we always felt involved and informed. Knowing that someone truly cared for my aunt as if she were their own family gave us peace of mind during an incredibly difficult time. IHCS made a difference not only in my aunt's life, but in ours as well. I highly recommend them to any family navigating dementia or Alzheimer's care--you'll be in the most caring hands possible.

As you know my mom was in need of professional caregiver services. We did what I assume a lot of people in this circumstance do, we asked the people we knew for recommendations and you were recommended to us. My mom required what I would call high maintenance. I was worried that the people who would be sent over to us would not give my mom the proper care that she required after surgery. Theresa who was the caregiver consistently provide the highest quality care and gave me a peace of mind. Whatever the circumstance or emergency, she handled it professionally and with great dignity. Comfort Keepers of Sugar Land gave me the complete confidence that my mom was safe, comfortable and well cared for. I am not normally the type of person who is easily won over and I don't ever remember writing a letter to thank someone for their services. In this case, paying the bill and writing this letter doesn't seem enough to thank you for the great service, professionalism and kindness that your company provides and the people that you hire.
