Although Temporary Home Care did not have staffing in my area on such short notice, they recommended another company that was able to help. Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. They were very understanding and supportive of my situation, and that level of consideration and care means a lot.

I feel sorry for the nurses and physical therapists who are working for them. They get the brunt of the family members' anguish due to management being so terrible.
