I called back and was put on hold, I found it by myself eventually and was still on hold (10 minutes later) when I walked through the door, to find my stylist and the receptionist arguing - instead of taking my phone call. I also wouldn't have agreed to a dry cut if I'd have known I was still going to be charged $52. I was in and out of the salon in less than 20 minutes and she made $57 off me after tip. I would've taken the wash, cut, blowdry And style for that kind of money. In my opinion, unprofessional from minute one. I can't send friends there thinking they will get that same experience. And that's a shame because the salon/boutique was cute. I would've spent more money there had I enjoyed my experience. I gave an extra star because I don't hate my haircut.

Extremely attentive to detail, and you can tell he takes pride in his work.
