To the owners and management: it is important to ensure your staff are properly trained in both communication and customer service. During this visit, my sister's beautiful hair was shaved in the back with a razor to correct a cut that had been done too short. Using a razor in that way on a woman's hair is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We understand that mistakes happen. We are all human, and sometimes language barriers or misunderstandings occur. However, what matters most is how those situations are handled--with kindness, accountability, and respect. This is a business that charges premium prices, and with that comes the responsibility to train and guide staff on how to properly interact with customers.
