Not great haircuts, but supposedly open later than some other places. But they don't always honor their business hours so there's that.

The barber "Carly" took my haircut the way it was supposed to be. I got what I wanted, I recommend her the fact she made sure she was not cutting too close around my ears, great job see did. The vibe was very nice, like peaceful and chill. Great Place. read more

I've gone here a few times. And! I like the way the woman at the very front left cuts my hair. Although, the past 2 times I've been, she hasn't been there so I haven't been able to go to her. So, I went ahead and gave a couple of the other women a try. The First Lady, aside from the one I liked that I went to did an alright job. But she tried, so no complaints. But I went today February 19 2024 - 3:15 or so... I already didn't want to come because... I was refused service; one day I checked in by the woman that was front right today. because they were about to close. (30 min. Post check-in) yet I was already checked in? Back to my services today.... To start off. I'm mad. she messed up My hair. And I have to go to work like this!! Maybe I'm being picky, but it's my hair! I like to look nice. She was super aggressive! like she was in such a rush!! I mean I've never been SCRAPED, SO HARD! She was manhandling my head and hair. that s*** hurt so bad!!! As soon as I was done she asked how it looked. and I just wanted to get out of there so I didn't pay to much attention. and that's my fault. but I didn't want her touching me again. I just wanted to bolt as fast as I possibly could. but she second I paid. she asked, who I can only assume was the on duty manager "So you said I can go on break now?" So it made sense, she was in such a rush. Jerking my head (maybe I'm being dramatic) But I'm not over exaggerating when I tell you. It hurt! BAD! So... I will go get my hair fixed. by someone else in another salon. but I will never go back there. At this point, it seems like customer service, here, is of no concern to the employees. read more

I needed a repair job on my short, thin hair after I had tried to cut my own hair and failed miserably. Tabetha was my stylist and she gave me the best haircut I have ever had! We are just passing through, but if we lived here, I would ask for Tabetha every time! read more

I went in today to get a haircut and I was still sporting the last one I got there which wasn't great. I had Damaris and decided to get a wash as well. It was a really great experience! She was gentle and careful. I didn't realize she had my hair all combed out until it was done. I have never had anyone that didn't pull it at least once! She talked to me but it was a nice visit, not constant chatter. She asked what I wanted and delivered the best haircut I have had in over 10 years. She missed her calling, she should have been a model but I'm glad she did because I'm in love with my hair again! read more

I wanted to get 1 inch of my hair and they cut it really short and the lady is rough with my head and she left a scratch

They did a really good job cutting the boys hair. The boys didn't want haircuts but afterwards they ended up liking them. It's amazing how parents know what their kids need and then they don't like the idea at first then afterwards change their minds and do like it. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and paid very close attention to detail. read more

VERY rude employees,the girl DID NOT cut my hair the way I wanted it,keep trying to talk me into just getting a trim when I wanted a significant amount cut and layered,she cut it shorter and said she layered it,it was NOT layered,i kept asking her if she layered it and she kept saying yes and I told her it doesn't look layered,she kept arguing with me so I just paid and walked out and told my husband take me somewhere else so I can get my hair cut right,he went in great clips and told the girl,you didnt cut my wifes hair like she wanted,the girl got rude and hateful saying yes I did and ill show u,it is layered,my husband told her,no its not layered and you either need to fix it like she wants or give her a refund so she can go somewhere else,the girl hatefully with a attitude said ,im not fixing it,it is layered and im not giving her a refund,my husband said well I need the number to your corporate office so we can let them know about this,well another girl spoke up and said tell your wife to come back in and ill fix it for free,so I did,and that girl did fix my hair and cut it how I wanted,there were other customers in the store when the first girl was arguing and being hateful,i will never go back here and do not recommend this place to anyone!! read more
