I was done in approximately 3 hours- the normal time it takes to get my hair done. No one was scheduled while my hair was being done. However I am used to most hair stylists being productive and doing a male hair cut while I am sitting reading a book. I have no problem with it. I am from out of town. I travel regularly and see many salons, styles, and attitudes. This was one of the best appointments I have ever had. Not only did I leave with gorgeous, but I left feeling refreshed, encouraged, and happy! And as far as communication- the first message was responded to. If she forgot to respond I sent a second message. Most people have extremely busy lives, and sometimes forget to return calls. I trim my own cuticles so there's nothing to trim. Then he painted my nails.... No massage, no cuticle oil, nothing. They were going to charge me $20 for a manicure when all he did was get my fingers wet and paint them with regular polish. When I told the front desk woman what happened, she called the dude over and tried to argue with me about it. I explained if he had done a manicure why was I back there for a total of 15 minutes and half of that was waiting for him? So I paid for the polish only and left. I'm a pretty good tipper usually as well, 50%-100%. They missed out. My niece got a full set, and the lady that did her nails didn't speak any english at all, and was rude as well. It's super disappointing when you want to pamper your self a little and get that kind of terrible service. Will be looking for recommendations for a place that does the service they say they are going to do and are not rude.
