The polish application was extremely sloppy, especially considering I chose white, which makes every smudge and imperfection noticeable. It genuinely looks like a child painted my nails. On top of that, the technician cut off the edge of one of my toenails and had to repair it with a small amount of acrylic, yet I was charged for repairing TWO toenails when only one was fixed. When I questioned the additional $20 charge, I couldn't get a clear explanation. Instead of being professional and helping me understand the charges, the technician became upset and started yelling, and the employee at the register also seemed irritated simply because I was asking what I was paying for. At that point, I was so uncomfortable that I just wanted to pay and leave. The lack of professionalism, poor quality of work, unnecessary upcharging, and rude customer service made this an awful experience. I have visited other Nails of America locations and have always received excellent service, so this was especially disappointing. Customers should not be treated disrespectfully for asking about their bill. I paid for a professional service and received anything but that. 0.5/5 stars. I will not be returning to this location.
