I'm usually able to catch it there is a mistake, but on one visit I did not and had to contact their help center. They were very nice about it and credited my account. But the next time I came, it was not automatically applied to my bill. So I have about $12 in credit left here according to my Klarna account so hopefully it can be applied on my next visit.
