That said, there were quality concerns, such as using gray nails on a black garage component and not installing an edger. I also added an item that their installer did not complete. When I later requested a quote for two additional closets, I was upfront and transparent that I planned to get three quotes. I was then told I would have to pay $100 for a quote because I had used a competitor for other projects in my home. I found this unreasonable and unprofessional.

I called the office the following day to report both the poor scheduling and the unacceptable quality of work. No one followed up with us. The only response we received was a text message stating that if we wanted the problems fixed, they would need to send someone else--and that it would cost us extra. This is completely unacceptable. I will never recommend this business to anyone. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

She was very helpful with her designs and honest opinion about what will work best in our space and industry practices. Jaye was the rep I worked with for my design and pricing. The installers were Gerardo and Oscar. They were all fantastic. Honest, professional, punctual, and did exactly what they'd committed to doing for my project. Very happy with them. I was going to use the company I've always used because I was happy with their work, price, lifetime warranty, and the rep whose been there for many years. But because this time I was doing a custom built-in office plus a basic closet organizer, I had to get additional quotes and designs to compare. Everyone was close in price with the exception of Closets World through Costco. They were the most expensive despite their discount and Costco rebate. I chose to go with Classy Closets in the end because their selection of products better suited my needs, and they demonstrated going to whatever extent was needed to earn my business, and to make sure I'm 100% happy and satisfied during and after the completion of my project. Even after the job was done, I needed some fans and the display panel installed into one of the doors, and they went ahead and scheduled that to be done. It did cost an extra $85 which I was trying to get them to not charge me for, but it was extra work to send out their installer so I paid for it. They did have one problem on the side table top having been cut short, but Gerardo told me that they would come back in a couple of days with the right size and get that put in. The day they came back I was having the room painted so they worked with the painter to get that done so that project didn't have to stop. They were very mindful of my situation and I appreciated that. The workmanship is superb. The quality of the material is amazing and the customer service was great. Jaye's post follow-up was good too. She checked in on things and we got the last items hammered out and agreed to and it was a great experience. I felt that I made the right decision going with Classy Closets. The best part is that my home office now looks spectacular and it's all thanks to the Classy Closets team of professionals.
