Fabulous custom closets! Jaye was a dream to work with - she came to our house ready to look, listen, and design. I could not have asked for a better partner. We redid the primary bedroom closet and added a miscellaneous pantry-style closet to our 1970's San Clemente beach condo which was crying for storage space. We added an outlet to the closet and Jaye gave me exact location measurements for our electrician to work with. Spot on perfect. The installation was done in one day. Because we chose backless closets, we chose to have our contractor prep the areas first to have the wall paint match the rest of the room. Pricing on the entire closet system was a pleasant surprise as we have worked with other closet system companies on other projects. I loved the hardware choices, too! Jaye's professionalism and styling advice were so appreciated. I made changes mid-way through the project and she adjusted all the plans without losing any project time. I'd never heard of this company before moving to South Orange County - they are terrific! Highly recommended for personalized service, professional installation, and quality products. read more

Great job start to finish ! Highly recommend them ! Their customer service was the best !

The in-home appointment was easy to schedule. Danny showed up on time and was very respectful of my home and my time. We discussed my ideas in detail. Danny took measurements and later sent us plans to approve. We made a few adjustments and gave our approval. The hardest part was waiting 8-weeks for installation. The team arrived on time and it only took 3.5 hours to install our two master bedroom closets. I would definitely recommend Classy Closets to anyone! Easy on time, and easy on the pocket book! read more

Copied from my Google review: Initially, there was a snag with our scheduled tour of their Lake Forest showroom (they misplaced our phone number to confirm our appointment) but we made up by skipping right to the in-home consultation at the 2nd attempt. My kids' closets turned out better than I was anticipating. I'm jealous that they have nicer closets than my husband and I do Shoutout to Classy Closets' senior designer Meryl Wayne. She was very helpful with her designs and honest opinion about what will work best in our space and industry practices. She was also super patient with us and accommodating as I shared my vision and when I needed additional time to decide after going into spontaneous delivery and getting busy with a newborn. Love the results! (Also, they were fantastically less expensive than California Closets for comparable quality ) Note: Closet doors were NOT part of this project. read more

I contacted Classy Closets along with 2 other closet companies, one of which I'd used before for the closet installation in my house - for quotes. Jaye was the rep I worked with for my design and pricing. The installers were Gerardo and Oscar. They were all fantastic. Honest, professional, punctual, and did exactly what they'd committed to doing for my project. Very happy with them. I was going to use the company I've always used because I was happy with their work, price, lifetime warranty, and the rep whose been there for many years. But because this time I was doing a custom built-in office plus a basic closet organizer, I had to get additional quotes and designs to compare. Everyone was close in price with the exception of Closets World through Costco. They were the most expensive despite their discount and Costco rebate. I chose to go with Classy Closets in the end because their selection of products better suited my needs, and they demonstrated going to whatever extent was needed to earn my business, and to make sure I'm 100% happy and satisfied during and after the completion of my project. Even after the job was done, I needed some fans and the display panel installed into one of the doors, and they went ahead and scheduled that to be done. It did cost an extra $85 which I was trying to get them to not charge me for, but it was extra work to send out their installer so I paid for it. They did have one problem on the side table top having been cut short, but Gerardo told me that they would come back in a couple of days with the right size and get that put in. The day they came back I was having the room painted so they worked with the painter to get that done so that project didn't have to stop. They were very mindful of my situation and I appreciated that. The workmanship is superb. The quality of the material is amazing and the customer service was great. Jaye's post follow-up was good too. She checked in on things and we got the last items hammered out and agreed to and it was a great experience. I felt that I made the right decision going with Classy Closets. The best part is that my home office now looks spectacular and it's all thanks to the Classy Closets team of professionals. Thank you for doing a great job! I totally recommend them and think you'll be happy with their work. read more

They took my deposit, and I never received my Closet. They still have not responded to me or credited me back to my deposit. They are thieves they are liars. I would never work for them or with them or ever ever even called them. read more

Great experience working with Marlise on a closet project. She's excellent at listening to the needs then incorporating them into the designs so there's a few variants to choose from at different price points. Would consider them very competitive to others and they're excellent at communicating from setting up an appointment, taking measurements, the design, the approval, tear down, and install. Installers were punctual and quick to put it all together. read more

I did extensive research looking for a closet company to come out and do some closets along with redoing my laundry room. I decided to go with Classy Closets for a few reasons. First was the designer Meryl. She had great ideas and was a pleasure to work with. She went that extra mile and I really appreciated that. She knew exactly what would work in my walk in closet for my needs and she came up with a great design for my laundry room which is on the small side. The other two reasons were the price and the reviews from Yelp. Their price was very fair and the product they use is very good quality. Little did I know how even more pleased I would be that I went with Classy Closets on the day of install. Their installers (Francisco and Jose) were wonderful. They were efficient, detailed and super clean. The whole experience was great. I absolutely love my new closets and laundry room! read more

Great experience from start to finish. Our designer Danny was amazing - he really listened to my ideas and goals, and then fully maximized every inch of our closet space within our budget. Even though Classy Closets wasn't the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got, their price was in the middle and I ultimately chose them due to amazing customer service and professionalism. Install went smoothly and the guys left the place sparkling clean. I totally recommend Classy Closets! read more

Classy Closets - Master closet makeover - Interior Design Near Me - Laguna Hills, California

From the initial meeting, Jaye held our hands through this process. We had to build a closet, from scratch, in one room, modify the master closets and two new doors in the other bedrooms. Jaye knew exactly how to get us organized and the install crew was amazing too. Kind, thorough, clean, respectful. We will definitely use them again, and refer them to anyone that needs help with closets. read more

I could not be happier with my new closets from Classy Closets. My designer was Meryl, and not only is she a talented designer, she had a huge amount of patience with some challenges I had managing the project from a distance. Meryl came up with creative designs which completely optimized the space and she is just an overall kind and fun person to work with! The product is top quality (far beyond anything you get off the shelf from Home Depot) and the installers were meticulous in making sure the installation was perfect. I look forward to using Classy Closets for my next project! read more

Great response time. Honest and very helpful Collin was and is a good sales rep. Would recommend this company to my friends and family read more

We have worked with Kate over and over and there's a reason why. It's more than their prices are the best around. It's more than their designs are functional. It's more than communication is always on point. It's more than their install is fantastic. It's more than you're never a bother. It's more than the finish product is fantastic. It's that when your investing yourself, your time, your money into your home it can be overwhelming and exhausting and very unpleasant to work with most companies these days just because most simply don't care. And when you find a company that does care and have people like Kate that are amazing at what they do and kind while they're doing it.... I'm so happy to tell anyone about them because these days- it's just not common. read more

Classy Closets did an outstanding job building a complete closet system in my 2 story home. I contacted Classy Closets to install a pantry and coat closet. Our pantry was small and awkwardly designed so I was not sure if they would be able to change the design into something we wanted. We worked with Jaye and she completed the measurements, and sent us a digital design of what we wanted. We were very happy with the completed pantry and coat closet. Although our pantry and coat closets are small the new design gave use more space and looks more tidy. We could not be happier with Classy Closets and would highly recommend them! read more
