He didn't fix it properly, and it kept running that resulted in depleting our water supply. He was called again, and he denied that he made any mistake. He blamed our water pump; saying that it needed to be replaced. He was not professional and asked the men in our house hold to help him lift the pump up out of the ground. He insulted one of the men by saying that he needed to put on 'His Big Boy pants.' Fortunately, this task was abandoned as all three men were not able to lift the pump out from being lodged 60 feet under the ground. This is a dangerous task that could have damaged our pump, and the men who generously agreed to help Zain early on a Sunday morning. Tight and Drilling was called and they told us the problem was never the pump. The problem was that he didn't fix our toilet to begin with. More recently (1/28/26); Zain was called again in a pinch when all of our water sources stopped working. He told us our pipes were frozen and broken and needed to be replaced. He charged $350 for four different visits. He fixed everything except our Kitchen sink. Only hot water came out, and then we found out it was leaking in the basement. We had another contractor arrive, and he told us our pipes were never frozen. In fact they were clogged, and fortunately he was able to rectify the matter. We thought to give Zain a second chance; that is why we called him a second time. Do not make the same mistake we did.

Refused request to fix or a refund, and sent angry barrage of texts accusing of blackmail because I said I'd be forced to leave a bad Google review if he wouldn't come back to fix or refund. For example, he canceled the job, which is fine, but then made the outrageous attempt to give me his receipts for items purchased at Lowes as if I can return items purchased on his card for a refund. Even the store indicated he needs to return the items himself and refund me. Which, of course, he is not doing. There's more but I have sent the full story to local authorities and Consumer Affairs as he cannot avoid the ensuing repercussions. I can't speak to his workmanship but his professionalism is highly questionable and don't want this to happen to other potential customers. UPDATE 12/124 This contractors continue the scam demanding I pay for his time to go to Lowe's while he purchased mulch and a water heater for another party. Then ridiculously tells me he talked with a State Trooper who advised he can charge me for his time??? Doesn't make any sense and just another fabricated stories. He has been reported to agencies at both State and Fed levels as well aa across different platforms as I want to help others not meet with a similar situation. This will be followed by court action. I also had another much more reliable contractor visit who advised what this contractor said needed to be done is wrong. Obviously, just another way to overcharge and scam people. Please stay away from this contractor, I can't advise this strongly enough. Update 1/5/24: Contractor refuses to do the right and ethical thing. Aside from fraudulent behavior in terms of keeping money he has no right to, he also tried to sell me work that didn't need to be done to increase his sale. Several people advised this contractor is running a scam. His reviews are also suspect. There are plenty of other licensed and insured contractors who will provide much more professional service.

I had to give them a ring a day later because one of the pipes drawing water into the home had become slightly dislodged. Will came right out on moment's notice (on a weekend morning when the office is usually closed, no less) to tighten up the pipe connector. This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else
