So Thee Window Ninjas we're recommended to me by a good friend, they came right out, measured all…read moremy windows & ordered them. The house did not have sunscreens in the windows but did have the hardware installed. After about a week the installer came back out & installed the new sunscreens. They looked good, the front window though seemed to be bowed out. I travel so didn't look everyday at the screens but I noticed there were gaps between the windows & screens, upstairs they weren't even attached properly (actually incorrectly measured). Emailed company, new installer came out to fix, last installer was fired because of bad work, stated he's been fixing his mistakes all month? He tried to reposition some of the screens the ones upstairs he said were totally mis-measured & need new. The 10 days following I've noticed that again the screens are not fitting properly, wasps started building nests in between the screen and window, I've had to turn 3 of the screens around so they'd fit tighter, even doing that they are still spaces. Still waiting for the replacement screens for the upstairs. Also now putting original window screens back in some windows so there are no gaps for wasps and other bugs to get into. The screen quality is great. The owner and Terry have been great. The installers, not so much. I should not have to re-position my screens myself, they should have ensured they fit before the 1st installation was completed.

We had used Desert Heat a few years ago and decided that I had procrastinated long enough! Esmeralda got us scheduled and today Marcus, Ramon and Chad arrived and got to work. Marcus cleaned 14 gallons of mud from our gutters while Ramon and Chad worked non stop on my very dirty screens and windows. This team never stopped. It was 112° and they worked so hard. My windows and screens have never been cleaner and they look brand new! Marcus was amazing getting rid of all of that mud and leaves in my gutters, especially spending a few hours on the roof in extreme heat. This is what a successful business looks like..... a trio of very hard working men ( and Esmeralda in the office), a very affordable price, great communication and windows and screens that look new. I am already putting them on my calendar for next July! I'm a happy customer and may start a fan club! I'm in Tempe and and if the dust storms and overall weather have taken a toll on your house-this is the company for you! Thanks Desert Heat for your hard work!
