Cute little ice cream shop. The set up is family oriented. The ice cream is delicious. They had pre-made ice cream cookies and pick up ice cream. Easy to park and not too busy. Would recommend. Staff person was kind.

Who doesn't love ice cream? This shop has a fun, happy vibe. The smell is amazing when you walk in the door. The girl working was cheerful & upbeat. Between the decor & the delicious treats, you can't help but smile when you come here!

Best tasting ice cream shop around. Handcrafted is best! Passing through returning home from California to Portland... saw it and we had to pull in and try their ice cream. Creamy and rich, they've gotten it down just right. Customer service was awesome too. If yall passing through Grants Pass going either direction, stop by for a treat the entire family will enjoy.

Tasty!

What a great place to have in town. House-made ice cream and gelato! I've been watching this place come together and they opened a couple days ago. Tonight most of their freezers were packed full of fun flavors in either ice cream or gelato. It's nice to have dessert options and a wide range of flavors. I sampled several and really liked the blackberry gelato. Gelato has less air than ice cream and gives a smoother, creamier mouth feel. The owner cane out from the back to greet us and offered up a sample of a chocolate hazelnut flavor. She was kind and the sample we had was great. The staff was friendly and the store was clean, organized and bright. They are located where the old Radio Shack was. If you're an ice cream fanatic, I suggest giving this place a try. Truth...

One of the best organic ice cream places that I have been to. It's even better than some local ice cream places in California. Oregon has some gems. And this is one of them. I have been to Tilamook ice cream factory and tried their ice cream. But this one is better. They have two varieties. Ice cream made from milk and also gelato. I tried the gelato while my friend tried the espresso and chocolate. Both were really fresh and delicious. I think they don't use too much sugar and I could really taste different flavors. Sometimes you go to generic ice cream shop and it's too sweet. I like the interior decor as well. Overall a nice stop in Grants pass.

Cow art!

Delicious lavender, coconut, and stracciatella gelato flavors, all with super friendly service! The interior features tons of cute cow-themed art, and it looks like they sell merch (including adorable cow plushies). My friends ordered the birthday cake shake, dark chocolate ice cream, and cookie dough ice cream in a cone. All were very happy with their choices. Definitely the place to go for summer sweet treats in Grants Pass!

Welcome party.

Ordered a London Fog to go with it and headed back to my hotel. The service was so welcoming and friendly and her suggestion was spot on. I will not forget that passionfruit mousse ever. Dusted with grated chocolate, it was so rich and creamy, had this subtle caramel-like tone, and yet the passionfruit powered through. Every bite was a true delight. If you are a passionfruit fan you will want to lick the container so you don't miss a morsel. I did not, but definitely wanted to! They add lavender and honey to their London Fog tea which was delicious. I will definitely go back when I next visit GP.

They have beautiful artwork on the walls and nice lighting to give it a warm winter vibe. We love this place and will definitely be back when we visit Grants Pass!

I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a pesto bagel as a compromise because they were all out of the everything bagel - BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!! ;-) BTW - I always go through the drive up window, but you can call an order ahead, even while you're waiting in line at the drive-up window. AND... You can order any kind and any amount of muffins the day before you want to pick them up- the next day. (I hope that made sense) Look- just go there and try something- you won't be disappointed. And hopefully you won't become a muffin addict like me- WARNING: The sandwiches come in a variety of sizes- the largest ones are HUGE!!! They even have explanations and tips on the menu board as you drive up to the drive-thru and inside at the front counter. Take them to heart! Last word- they run out of muffins daily- TIP- You can call ahead (early) and ask if they have something you like (like a type of muffin) they will check and let you know if they do, ask them to set it aside for you in a bag with your name on it- THEY WILL! God had a plan...Visit The Jelly Donut! I walked in to this smaller, unassuming shop and quickly realized this place is for real! The fresh assortment of baked goods was impressive, and the baking racks made it clear they bake fresh on-site. I was tempted by the usual suspects, like the cream-filled eclairs, but the super-sized apple fritter caught my eye, so I jumped on it. Thinking this measly $4 investment would sustain me for many miles of travail, I gobbled it down within a few blocks of the shop. AMAZING! Highly recommend The Jelly Donut! It's pretty typical that the younger employees won't do anything more than the minimum here It's a waste of time driving to this place from Merlin even though the donuts are pretty good!

5 stars decor, vibe and music 4 stars for steam distillery…read moretasty drinks 3 stars for super slow service and 3 stars food from That One Place. Have been to Steam Distillery now on multiple occasions since they opened and continue to hope that service time will improve. The Lemongrass Collins is my absolute favorite cocktail on their menu, its just unfortunate that the service is extremely slow. There is typically only 1 or 2 employees handling the entire space and since the drinks are all crafted, between waiting to get your order taken and then waiting for the drinks to arrive, you're looking at 15 to 20 minutes. For the first time of these visits, we made reservations for the now reservation only Sunday menu. Reservation was at 4 and you had to place your order at the time of making your reservation days ahead. We didnt get our meals until 445. While the menu and presentation were amazing, the taste was not there. Lobster was very overcooked and lacked flavor in the seasoning, prime rib cut was impressive at 16oz but was cooked perfect and thankfully was served with some type of horseradish cream. The potatoes were stated as being a mashed potatoe type but we're not a mash in my opinion at all. It was a half super chunky scoop with the sour cream and butter kind of hidden in the middle.

My wife had come across some chat and pics from the resident restaurant here "That One Place" and…read moreso we searched it out- actually our first visit was last week right after we left the gym...lol, just wanted to take a peek inside, but the atmosphere and people were so inviting, we took a table for a quick bite. The food (my brisket taco) and my wife's shrimp tacos, were just incredibly delicious AND good-sized. I've had Brisket in Texas and in Tennessee, and this brisket was seriously the best of them all that I've had before. We'd been looking for just the right spot to have a 30th wedding anniversary dinner. One local place (by the river) has great food but can't seem to get a ribeye right. The other with a NewYork motif, served me a hideous ribeye a few months ago...so we wanted something else. KING on food, and ambiance secondary. Don't let Steam Distillery fool you- the causal steampunk- meets-British Pub vibe is not a ragged presentation, but a carefully crafted and executed place to sit and relax. SO laid back; and in a very special way, feels like home. We contaced April (That One Place Owner) to get some details before we came down, she's such a loving 'people person', and it shows not just in her demeanor, but the genuine care & love imbued into the dishes she serves. Three days after our recon visit, my wife and returned on 10/19 to celebrate our 30th anniversary few days early. Steak (Ribeye) and Lobster is what we both ordered. THE BEST RIBEYE STEAKS we've had in Grants Pass, right here, and BY a WIDE MARGIN!!!! The Lobster was sweet, and the twice-baked potatoes were stupendously delish. Will we be back? ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME. (??) MY wife told he she's quitting cooking on Sundays so we can come here. The patrons- good, salt of the earth, local folks who are very gregarious without being too much so- we had table o Casey was an attentive huge blessing serving at our table, we lacked for NOTHING. Jess behind the bar was awesome. My wife loved her Rogue Roasters Espresso Martini. Just over the top. And... April managed to come out of the kitchen so we could meet here in person- hugs for everyone. What a blessing she is, and she and her husband have an INCREDIBLE thing going here. DON'T MISS IT!!! The food they serve truly reflects not only the quality of the food itself, but more importantly the care and talent of the owners and kitchen staff. Celebrating a 30th wedding anniversary IN A PUB? Lol, with Steam Distillery & resident kitchen 'That One Place' serving the food they do, we wouldn't have it any other way. I'll post a pic of my wife's Shrimp tacos, and my Steak & lobster plate to get you salivating....it's the least I can do.
