Ordered a London Fog to go with it and headed back to my hotel. The service was so welcoming and friendly and her suggestion was spot on. I will not forget that passionfruit mousse ever. Dusted with grated chocolate, it was so rich and creamy, had this subtle caramel-like tone, and yet the passionfruit powered through. Every bite was a true delight. If you are a passionfruit fan you will want to lick the container so you don't miss a morsel. I did not, but definitely wanted to! They add lavender and honey to their London Fog tea which was delicious. I will definitely go back when I next visit GP.

The fresh assortment of baked goods was impressive, and the baking racks made it clear they bake fresh on-site. Went today, Wednesday at 7:30am they had about 20 bacon and maple(yuk) but not a single filled maple. I asked him to make some and he said that nobody made the custard. There is typically only 1 or 2 employees handling the entire space and since the drinks are all crafted, between waiting to get your order taken and then waiting for the drinks to arrive, you're looking at 15 to 20 minutes. For the first time of these visits, we made reservations for the now reservation only Sunday menu. Reservation was at 4 and you had to place your order at the time of making your reservation days ahead. We didnt get our meals until 445. While the menu and presentation were amazing, the taste was not there. Lobster was very overcooked and lacked flavor in the seasoning, prime rib cut was impressive at 16oz but was cooked perfect and thankfully was served with some type of horseradish cream. The potatoes were stated as being a mashed potatoe type but we're not a mash in my opinion at all. It was a half super chunky scoop with the sour cream and butter kind of hidden in the middle.
