The staff is very unorganized and…read moreunprofessional the "receptionist" jasmin is the most unprofessional and rude person i have ever encountered in a healthcare business. She does not belong working anywhere around sick people because she lacks compassion and has no sympathy towards helping people. The management in the place is horrible and they lack any knowledge on how to handle a business. Dr. Mohammad Zahid tries to help his patients and his wife the psychiatrist is the worst. When you have to go through anyone in that office to get refills or questions about bills, medical records or anything you get the rudest most incompetent staff. The manager that was by the door spoke and understood very little english!! and couldn't comprehend the issues at hand and just watched her staff disrespect, argue and yell at me telling me to go ahead and report her (jasmine) that she didn't care!!!! My advice is stay away from this place!!! they have no business operating a clinic. The office smells and looks horrible and it's always dirty the bathrooms are disgusting and you are lucky if there is toilet paper in them. This family owned business needs to shut down they violate so many laws and when you ask for medical records to be sent anywhere so that you can be seen by actual competent Dr's and treated with respect by actual staff you get told there is a fee and that they will not be done until a week later and even then they still never get sent. BETTER DOCTORS AND STAFF OUT THERE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS DUMP!!! My next step is to report to my insurance and also at the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) for HIPAA violations as well as the state and federal government and the department of health and human services for withholding my medical records.

Allergies and asthma are made worse just by sitting anywhere in this office simply due to the amount of visible dust. I can only imagine what is not visible. Judging by the water stains on the ceiling tiles and the age of the building, I am certain there is mold as well. My most recent visit, I was not taken back to an examination room until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time of 4:45 PM (I showed up 24 minutes early too because I respect other people's time). The nurse then took some vitals. She went to take my blood pressure but forgot her stethoscope so I had to wait for her to get that tool. I was then told to wait until she came to take me to a 2nd examination room. She finally came to get me after waiting about 20 minutes. The nurse actually had the nerve to ask me if I was ready. News flash, I was ready well before my appointment. Please use your brain before opening your mouth. So far, I had received about 7 minutes of care which was nothing more than height, weight, BP, ear inspection and a few questions. I waited in the 2nd examination room for about 10 minutes before I walked out of the office around 5:40 PM without receiving any time with Dr Ghani. I don't expect much from a doctor when it comes to an appointment. Take me to the exam room at the scheduled time and minimize any waiting once back for examination. I was there for almost 1 hr and Dr Ghani could not see me. Manage your time better, Dr Ghani. Schedule your appointments in increments that actually reflect your true cycle time of patient service. The faster you get patients in and out, the happier your patients will be and you will be able to see more patients as a result. This will increase your revenue without having to add staff. And for pete's sake, stop moving patients around to multiple exam rooms. This makes no sense. If certain rooms are not adequate, get the proper tools/supplies needed to bring these rooms up to par. Not many people get free consulting advice. I suggest you take advantage of my suggestions and find ways to eliminate waste from your operation.

I am selecting a rating of one because I think I have to select a rating here. However, if I could…read moregive no rating, I would. I just wanted to share that I'm very disappointed with the service and attention that I have received, or lack there of, from this provider and clinic. This provider came highly recommended to me and in searching for a new care provider and being new to the area, I had scheduled an appointment with her a month ago. Unfortunately, I got Covid and had to cancel that appointment. I was able to reschedule that appointment for today, but as I am unfamiliar with the office I had to call the office a few times and ask where I was going, and although I kept in communication with the office and made it within the 15 minute grace period, Dr Nazneen Ahmed conveyed through her secretary that she cannot see me because she is so busy. It is appalling to see and hear that as a new patient this is how you would be treated at her clinic and by her team. Apparently, to Dr. Nazneen Ahmed, it does not matter if you're trying to establish care and find a provider as she clearly conducts her business without any compassion, grace, or integrity despite following her rules. And while I hope that the people who are receiving care from her are having their needs met, this was a very poor first impression and I will be seeking to establish care elsewhere. Because if somebody takes the time to show you who they are, you should listen and pay attention. I truly cannot stress how disappointing and upsetting this experience was.

Okay, I'm almost afraid to recommend Dr. Chung for fear he will become inaccessible when I need to…read moresee him, but he's such an amazing doctor, and Signature Medical Group is such an amazing practice, I feel I owe it to him to thank him, but telling others what a great doctor he is. He could easily win the primary care doctor of the year award, in my opinion. I have to be honest; I am not a huge fan of doctors or the medical field, for the most part. I have had some pretty awful and traumatizing experiences at the hands of the medical profession over the course of my life, and so I had been without a primary care doctor for a number of years before I found Dr. Chung. I was going with the, if I don't think about it I'll be fine mentality. However, it became clear I really did need to see a doctor, and so an extended family member suggested I see a colleague of his, who was not taking patients. Dr. Chung was new to the practice, and so I thought, okay, I guess I could give him a try, but I steeled myself, for what I assumed would be a horrible experience. My first visit with Dr. Chung was a game changer. I wanted to hug him after my visit and all of his staff as well. He LISTENED! HE LISTENED! HE CLEARLY ACTUALLY HEARD WHAT I HAD SAID TO HIM. HE MADE OBSERVATIONS AND SUGGESTIONS! HE NEVER GAVE ORDERS. He was, at ALL times, respectful, thoughtful and I felt so comfortable with him. In the past 5 or so years that I have been Dr. Chung's patient, I have never had a negative experience with his practice, (Okay, one time, one of the office staff was crabby, but hey, we all have off days sometimes, and it wasn't a big deal, just a tiny bit of edge). After I met Dr. Chung, I immediately scheduled my kids, and my mom with him, and now pretty much my entire family call Dr. Chung when they need a doctor. Seriously, he's an awesome doctor! I wish he could clone himself. Oh, by the way, the rest of the practice is pretty amazing too. I've occasionally had to see Dr. Chung's colleagues when he's been on vacation and they are just as awesome as he is. The support staff are great too; very kind, thoughtful, gentle, non-frightening, and so comfortable to be with. Thank you Signature Medical Group, you've changed my mind about doctors.
