She takes a lot of time with her patients and is extremely caring, knowledgeable and thorough. She is among the top two physicians I have encountered in the 79 years I have been a medical patient. Is it possible that the negative reviews have been posted by trolls or by people who are referring to a different physician?

However...the organization of the office leaves a lot to be desired. Three times have I had scheduling issues. Once I scheduled for testing at the front desk, only to show up and be told it was too close to my previous testing. The front desk should have known this. Then I came back again, was told I had an appointment with Dr. Ghani but actually it was with the NP...worked but was still a bit off. Then I schedule a 10:00am follow up, arrive at 9:55, get shown to a room at 10:50, and by 11:20 have to walk out to get to class. An hour and a half wait wasn't acceptable.

They required me to change my primary care doctor with insurance, so I did and made an appointment. At the appointment he walked in and said "I do not treat pain here!" He did this without even looking at the 2 inch thick stack of paperwork, nor did he look at the surgeries I had just days prior. I believe he is trying to scam insurance companies for the initial visits and has no interest in helping anyone. Treated me incredibly rude and without any respect. Do not waste your time with this person.

This provider came highly recommended to me and in searching for a new care provider and being new to the area, I had scheduled an appointment with her a month ago. Unfortunately, I got Covid and had to cancel that appointment. I was able to reschedule that appointment for today, but as I am unfamiliar with the office I had to call the office a few times and ask where I was going, and although I kept in communication with the office and made it within the 15 minute grace period, Dr Nazneen Ahmed conveyed through her secretary that she cannot see me because she is so busy. It is appalling to see and hear that as a new patient this is how you would be treated at her clinic and by her team. Apparently, to Dr. Nazneen Ahmed, it does not matter if you're trying to establish care and find a provider as she clearly conducts her business without any compassion, grace, or integrity despite following her rules. And while I hope that the people who are receiving care from her are having their needs met, this was a very poor first impression and I will be seeking to establish care elsewhere. Because if somebody takes the time to show you who they are, you should listen and pay attention. I truly cannot stress how disappointing and upsetting this experience was.
