In 2026, Dr. Spiewak shifted to a concierge medicine model, serving only a class of privileged patients who can afford a $2,500 annual fee just to keep their family doctor. To make matters worse, after being forced to select a new provider within the clinic, we were met with a rigid "big money / big pharma" stance regarding routine care. The clinic now refuses to see my 11-year-old daughter or sign her required school health forms simply because we choose not to follow their exact vaccine schedule preferences. Abandoning long-term patients for membership fees and denying basic pediatric administrative needs like school paperwork is unacceptable. The clinic's new policies create unnecessary obstacles for families and prioritize money and dogma over patient care. I will be looking for care elsewhere.
