They spend as much time as needed to hear about your issues and examine you and explain how to proceed. They are proactive about vaccinations and preventative care and diet. I have never had anyone treat me with anything other than respect and compassion at their clinic. This is not a corporate run health-mill like most practices have now become, which I love.

What I also found odd was she "asked where was I from" out of the blue, I answered and assuming positive intent, I returned the question and was told "she's from another country". Huh?! I refused to ask what country because I took offense to her asking a question she wouldn't personally answer. The search continues....

If she can't help then she would refer other specialist as needed. She has this location and in addison. This clinic has their own private parking lot and free street parking. The place looks modern and clean. It does get busy but they call in patients in a timely manner. Overall the staff here are friendly and it's not a stressful environment.
