I waited for about 10 minutes then a person that was discharged had a question for the intake person about where his prescription was sent, which she took the time to try and answer before checking me in (which was fine at the time). When she finished with the discharged patient, she begins my check in and asks me to verify my address. She then stepped away and when she returned told me she had just been told that they could not see anyone else that day. I did not take the time to discuss the unfairness and ridiculousness of this decision as my ride had just told me he was going to run an errand while I waited to be seen. I wanted to catch him before he left, because I didn't want to be stranded. This was easily the worst experience with a medical office reception area. It is now abundantly clear why your ratings are so low. If anyone in this office has a goal to improve that for 2026, you really need to take time to train people when and under what circumstances to stop seeing patients.

She takes timer to ensure that you are comfortable and uses technology when necessary to determine what treatment is needed. She is very knowledgeable. I have seen her off & on for a few years and she always impresses me. Diane is her "front office" and wears many hats. She is just as warm and welcoming as Dr. Beth. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. I get pneumonia fairly easy with…read moreatypical symptoms. I've been hospitalized with clear chest sounds and clear X-ray and once I had been fluids for a couple days the chest X-ray was almost completely full. It is terrifying for me when these symptoms mirror current experience. I was seeing Dr. Dea in hopes that she would help me A) Get antibiotics and feel better and B) Do bloodwork to find out why my immunoglobulin and white blood counts are lower. Unfortunately, she was rude and unwilling to listen. I tried on numerous occasions to explain to her my fears basically begging for antibiotics and each time she cut me off telling " It might be your period that you can't breathe", " You might be stressed", ( these are literally statements drs in ER had said to me a week before I was hospitalized for a week) and the cherry "you don't have pneumonia and you'll never get a doctor to give you any antibiotics". That's when I told her I appreciated her advice but I don't think she was a good fit. I need a doctor who wants to help me feel better. She cut me off near the end of that sentence saying " well, fine i won't charge you for this visit" before storming out and swinging the door behind her. Now, I don't care about an office visit charge but it's clear what I was to her. I would never recommend her to anyone. It was a truly disappointing and emotional visit.
