A tennis court with a green playing surface and a black net is enclosed by a chain-link fence. Tall floodlights are positioned around the court, and a few people are visible in the background near the fence. The sky above is partly cloudy with patches of blue, and trees are seen beyond the fence.

Great park for all activities. Their pickle ball culture is hands down great here. You can come play on your own and find a court easily.

Splash pad - The image shows a splash pad area in an outdoor park, featuring colorful water spray structures including a yellow, green, and red element. The splash pad is enclosed by a fence, with shade sails overhead providing shade. The background includes trees, a clear blue sky, and a distant view of the park landscape, indicating a sunny day suitable for outdoor water activities.

I frequent udall park often especially with kids. This park has a lot to offer. The pool and staff are friendly. The brand new splash pad is a great new addition. The playground could use a shade cover but it has lots of different age level areas. The center has many activities and the senior center as well. The ball/ soccer fields are kept up well & they have a large walking path all the way around which is fantastic. This is a great and large eastside park. I've never been but I know there is also a dog park.

It's a very clean and well maintained park on the Eastside of 520. They have been offering FREE Covid-19 testing from Pima County. This park offers soccer fields, tennis courts, dog park, outside track & workout area. There are baseball fields. There is a community center building that has an indoor track, basketball courts, volleyball courts and work out stations with both cardiovascular and weight/ strength training equipment. Our family enjoys this park for a variety of health, pleasure and leisure activities. By they way, it's located close to "The Loop."

I love taking Baxter to the park for a walk or jog. He likes to chase the rabbits. Baxter is also a dog. Large areas to play any sport you desire and lights are inexpensive if you wish to reserve your own field. Sometimes there are some homeless or drugged out weirdos around so never go out alone.

The area for small dogs here is very small. Too small for my rat terrier to run and play.

Ask the Community - Udall Park

    Is there a volleyball court?

Yes. One court is used for multiple purposes. Ask the staff when the volleyball nets are up.

On the plus side though, this park is near a few other larger parks, so it isn't super busy. We had no problem finding parking or getting access to one of the many picnic tables. So, if you want a more chill place to enjoy a picnic with nice views of the Catalina Mountains, this is probably a pretty good spot.

This park has many shaded areas with seating for dog owners, pooper scoopers, and disposable waste bags. There are tunnels for my puppy to run through and shaded areas for my older dog to rest under. I've been here a dozen times or so and park doesn't seem as busy as Reid park which is nice. I have yet to see one dog fight or unfriendly owner which is a huge relief. As a young woman it is also a huge relief to come to a park without feeling the need to bring a friend or put headphones in to avoid the strange men who search for dates at a dog park. I'm sure there are still those individuals who visit this park but I have yet to have it happen unlike the many unpleasant encounters I have had at both Reid and Brandi Fenton. Also, there is a hose to wash your dog off or to fill up the many water buckets. Thankfully there aren't huge pools of standing water like the park on 6th since my puppy loves to jump in standing water. Overall, I think this is the best dog park I have been to in Tucson and recommend it above all others!

The whole park is huge but we just hung around by the playgrounds. It was super busy on a Saturday late afternoon (understandably). It was a little dirty but not terrible. I've worked with kids of all ages for years so I'm not like overly irked by kids behavior but wow they were wild, terrible language, breaking apart a tree and swinging a giant branch around, overall just playing rough with no regard to other kids trying to play. Maybe just not a good place to take a toddler or might just be the specific day we went. But don't think I'd be back for that reason.
