Cannot recommend Covenant enough. Thanks to them, I went through menopause with not one symptom,…read moreand have been in ideal health for 5 years, now, since my first appointment in 2020. Everyone in my family has gone to Covenant, too, for a whole range of different health issues. Their totally natural, drug-free approach to healing is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional doctors who are always trying to push drugs and never seem to have any good answers to chronic health problems. Covenant's practitioners listen to you and your body, they do research and they heal gently, in a permanent way. And yes, Ms. one-star review from 2020, they were the only sane humans not wearing masks during the lockdowns and actually healing people of Covid without drugs, hospitals or ventilators. Love, love love this place. If you are ready to truly heal, you need to go to Covenant.

I showed up for my initial consultation and not a single person working there wore a mask to…read moreprotect against Covid-19. I was put in a room that was not large enough to socially distance, and then was joined by a patient advocate without a mask. I asked if she would wear a mask and she informed me that she was healthy and didn't need or have a mask. She claimed that she took supplements and ate well so that her immune system was healthy and that she knew she wasn't infected. She said people feared the Coronavirus and implied that I was making too much of it. She also said since they are a private business, they choose not to wear masks. I am astonished that a health care facility whose website claims it treats people with auto-immune disorders does not protect its patients by simply wearing masks. Most of the scientific world agrees right now that wearing masks reduces the spread of the Coronavirus, and even if it is proven wrong at some point, wearing a mask is not much to ask to protect your fellow human, particularly if you are inviting them into your business and trying to form a trusting patient relationship. I left before the consultation feeling uncomfortable, belittled, and shocked that they are so very cavalier about protecting their patients. If you care about your health, I do not recommend going to Covenant Natural Health Care because they don't care about your health.

The Hydration Place is a cute (what I call) basement location. When you get down stairs you can see…read morethe parking lot through the windows. Its cool. This review is for the facial only. I have never actually had a hydration service. The Hydration station recently added an esthetician who offers two facials, and her name is Madison. I've followed Maddi around to now this location. I really like her and the way she does my facials. She's super good and takes great care of my skin. This was my first time visiting Maddi at this location. This visit I got the Dermaplane facial. All of their facials are 45 minutes. Maddi does the facials in a cute, little, spacious room in a chair that folds all the way back. My facial was amazing and I can always see a difference working with Maddi. I try to go once a month, but lately it's been once every other month. By the time I go get a facial my skin really needs it. Overall, I'm excited to see how this location's esthetics program grows. Certainly go and give Maddi a visit.

The B-12 w/ lipo injection gave me unbelievable energy coupled with gradual weight loss. In the beginning I got them quite frequently. But, be careful in doing so. I cant tell you how many times ive had the unfortunate luck to be admitted to St E (Florence and…read moreEdgewood) 3 years ago I went in to the ER with an extremely swollen belly, they checked my medical history and I had no previous health conditions. No labs, no imaging they just sent me home with laxatives telling me it was just constipation (even though I was having no issues going) I went in a month later still swollen and in pain, again "just constipation" 3 weeks later I came in vomitting blood, they finally did actual medical work and I had a hgb of 4.3, ended up in ICU. 15lbs of fluid drained from my stomach, 7 blood transfusions, 17 bleeding varices banded in my esophagus. Turns out that constipation was end stage cirrhosis caused by autoimmune diseases. I almost died. Ive been admitted here several times since and everytime is a nightmare (im not going by choice, its just distance) I ended up with Steven's Johnson syndrome painful blisters all over my body and I asked for pain relief (one time and calmly) the dr came in and said "your pain isn't my problem" I was waiting to be transferred to icu. Another visit for a GI bleed and uncontrollably vomitting and intense pain. I again asked politely and one time for pain relief. The dr opened my door, stood in the door way and YELLED at me "im not giving you narcotics!!!" Accused me of drug seeking even though he seemed to be the one out on control and unhinged. Another visit a nurse yelled at me and slammed her hand on the desk bc I asked for promethazine instead of zofran bc the zofran wasn't working. It was ordered for me, she just didnt want to have to dilute it. I was never a drinker and ive never done drugs. Im merely trying to survive this horrible disease while waiting on a transplant. The drs and nurses here are incompetent, violent and reckless. They dont care. If you are a health care worker you should be aware of the fact that you are caring for patients who are going through the scariest times of their lives. I now have medical ptsd. As long as I am stable enough to go further I will never, never willingly go to any st. Elizabeth hospital again. Do not send your loved ones here, I cant say Cincinnati is tons better but it sure beats St. Hellizabeth.
