Cannot recommend Covenant enough. Thanks to them, I went through menopause with not one symptom,…read moreand have been in ideal health for 5 years, now, since my first appointment in 2020. Everyone in my family has gone to Covenant, too, for a whole range of different health issues. Their totally natural, drug-free approach to healing is a breath of fresh air compared to traditional doctors who are always trying to push drugs and never seem to have any good answers to chronic health problems. Covenant's practitioners listen to you and your body, they do research and they heal gently, in a permanent way. And yes, Ms. one-star review from 2020, they were the only sane humans not wearing masks during the lockdowns and actually healing people of Covid without drugs, hospitals or ventilators. Love, love love this place. If you are ready to truly heal, you need to go to Covenant.

I showed up for my initial consultation and not a single person working there wore a mask to…read moreprotect against Covid-19. I was put in a room that was not large enough to socially distance, and then was joined by a patient advocate without a mask. I asked if she would wear a mask and she informed me that she was healthy and didn't need or have a mask. She claimed that she took supplements and ate well so that her immune system was healthy and that she knew she wasn't infected. She said people feared the Coronavirus and implied that I was making too much of it. She also said since they are a private business, they choose not to wear masks. I am astonished that a health care facility whose website claims it treats people with auto-immune disorders does not protect its patients by simply wearing masks. Most of the scientific world agrees right now that wearing masks reduces the spread of the Coronavirus, and even if it is proven wrong at some point, wearing a mask is not much to ask to protect your fellow human, particularly if you are inviting them into your business and trying to form a trusting patient relationship. I left before the consultation feeling uncomfortable, belittled, and shocked that they are so very cavalier about protecting their patients. If you care about your health, I do not recommend going to Covenant Natural Health Care because they don't care about your health.

The teas they serve are more like tart fruity drinks rather than actual herbal teas, and they are incredible. They are naturally caffeinated through B vitamins and some other supplements so it's supposed to be "good energy", and man do they do just that. If you drink one too fast you'll be shaking and close to bouncing off the walls, no joke. I really loved every tea I tried (my friends got them as well) and the service was kind and timely. If I'd ever be in the area again I'd for sure stop by. If you want a healthier pick me up a tea from here is the way to go!

When we got to the powerpoint and were talking about drinks she said she needed me to stop drinking Diet Coke. I joked with her and said "you're killing me, that will be hard". I then told her I would try other things to replace it that the plan approved. She even gave me a list of suggestions. Then She said "we are going to pause right here". I asked her what that meant. She said I needed to go home and try these drinks before we could move forward. I Asked her "so, your not even going to tell me the cost and what else the program is"? She said "no, we are going to pause". I came there excited wanting to know the whole program. I left really frustrated and upset. I then called the main office to speak with a manager. I had to leave a message because apparently you cannot talk to anyone directly until they screen the calls. I spoke with Shelby and explained my frustration. She did not care at all about wasting my time or my point of view. she said they want to make sure everyone on their program succeeds. Well, I didn't even get a chance to see if this is something I can do. I was cut off mid consultation and told to go home. I Wasn't sure if it was for me but as kaitlyn got into it, I really thought I could do this and get off the weight loss drugs. Shelby just kept making excuses as to why I was told to go home and that i have to be accepted into their program. Well, I wouldn't know if it's something I can do because I wasn't given a chance. This is undoubtedly the worst way to get new customers. I have never been treated like this anywhere. If they care so much about their clients success, why not explain it all to them and give them the opportunity ask questions they need answers to before you make them feel horrible because you drink a Diet Coke. And yes, your health is worth more than money, but they wouldn't even tell me my cost so I can decide if I can afford it. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE custo service procedures. And all Shelby did was make me feel even worse. And all she was worried about was me interrupting her on the phone. Then when I asked to speak to her boss she didn't want to give me her name. then She hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to Nicole her boss(she finally gave me her name) I was told they would have to email her and have her get back with me. They know their practice is horrible!!! That is why no one takes phone calls. Don't waste time you can never get back on this poorly ran business!!!
