I made sure to request his word or I would never continue down this rabbit hole without a promise. INSTEAD, after calling every week for 4 MONTHS, he finally said this CA company could not fix it as promised and that he was not going to refund any of the now, $850 I gave to fix/retrieve info off my phone. This scumbag just got me on the hook, said whatever he needed to, to keep me on the hook, STEALING as much as he could in my time and money, before saying what he should've said from the jump. She assembled a chair in 20 minutes just so I could try it out while constantly being asked about stuff by other employees. I didn't like it and bought a different one, but she was covering for all the ineptness, and just plain don't care employees. She was scurrying everywhere helping customers, and the Cashier who was lost, and was constantly calling for someone to help punch the right keys. I bought a higher priced office desk chair, and wanted it assembled while I waited and paid the extra fee. The woman who was given the task wanted me to "come back tomorrow". I said, I paid for the chair and the assembly fee because I want it today. I'm not driving all the way home, just to come back tomorrow. She looked disgusted and stomped off to the back room to assemble it. I decided to go get lunch while it was being done. Was gone an hour, got back, and it still took another 30 minutes wait. 90 minutes to screw a chair together that has less than 15 screws. I had a bad feeling, so when I got it home I checked it, and found none of the screws were tightened completely. Also, I found the wood base was scuffed in several places, I suspect by mishandling while assembling. Although it doesn't affect the use, cosmetically you want a new item to look new.

Had to have screen protector replaced in a matter of months and then the next screen protector didn't last even quite as long. Which the glass from the protector coming off cut me and dropped phone, which shattered phone screen. Store employee only said that I'm insured only for so many (2-3) replacement screens, and not for damages. Had store owner call me and say the same condescending thing, when it was a faulty product if not applied right for it to not last as long as it did for either amount of time. I said that they should at least fixed the phone and the owner said that they see no reason why they should bc it is not their problem anymore. Who says that right away without hearing everything right out the gate?!?

Every text I've sent has been ignored and my matter still hasn't been resolved. And the very reason I replaced the battery in the first place is still happening, only worse - an overheating phone. Be careful doing business with these guys. I got burned.
