I called them again a week later and they couldn't find my switch, and asked to call me back. They did finally call back but said it hasn't been worked on yet. I told them I was coming tomorrow to get it. When I came in, he asked me to come back the next day. I showed up to the store the next day and the manager showed up two hours late after opening.
