My sis directed me here and I'm glad she did! I had a power port on my Samsung phone that was bent, clogged, or something...I couldn't get my charger cord in to charge. Coden fixed it in 5 min. and didn't even charge. I noticed they fix laptops, computers, and such, and I saw some printers and game systems to the side that they must working on too. Too cool! They broke my lock button when they replaced the screen and refused to fix it. They told me they had to order a new button and every time I called it was a new excuse. I spoke with the manager on 2 occasions and she told me should would txt me an update and I never heard from her. I ended up getting my phone replaced through my insurance. read more

Brought my samsung flip in for a warranty repair and the pasty awkward tech oozing low self esteem nervously remarked that my phone was his least favorite phone to repair. Moment he said that, I asked him if he was comfortable making the repair. He was turning over the phone in his hands hesitantly and answered no, he could repair it, but then pointed out a small ding on the hinge telling me the manufacturer was probably going to reject the warranty. Based on this short encounter I felt that the tech was just trying to weasel his way out of the repair, and had imparted zero confidence in me, which gave me major doubts as to his competence to actually make the repair. So I took it back and headed over to the cross roads asurion location, where they were a bit more enthusiastic about doing the work. In contrast, at the cross roads location, we did do a visual inspection, where the other xroads tech also pointed out the ding and asked me if the drop that occurred was related to the device failure, and I told him no, the 2 events were unrelated (phone was working fine after I dropped it months ago, and the screen failure starting happening recently). The xroads tech stated that he didn't think it was related, as the point of impact was not near any sensitive points of failure, but he did ask same as the tech did at the high house location. If you're looking for a can do attitude, avoid this location if they give you any grief and head over to the cross roads location. read more

Brought an iphone in for assessment after water damage. The staff member looked at it VERY briefly and then declared it was not salvagable. Went the next day to a different phone repair shop and they fixed it in less than an hour. Very unimpressed with their lack of interest in fully assessing the situation. If we had simply accepted their assessment, we would have lost a lot of money for no reason. read more

This place was a nightmare. I went to this place to get my iPad screen fixed. they charged my $160. When I got my iPad back there were bubbles under the screen so we took it back. Apparently someone forgot to take the plastic cover off the back on the glass before they put it on. when we got it back he second time there was a two inch strip from top to bottom of the screen that would not respond to touch at all. We took it back again for them to fix it and i just got it back yesterday. Now the button is loose and barely functions and the adhesive they used for the glass is coming off and I can see inside my iPad. I would defiantly recommend to avoid this place. read more

I brought my iPhone 8 in for a battery replacement. They were quick but shortly thereafter, the battery indicator icon would only show a low (red) battery level although the battery seemed to have a full charge. I charged it overnight and still the same low battery level indication. I returned it to the store and they replaced the battery again only this time, the phone stopped being able to charge the battery. When it died, it remained that way and no amount of charging would help. I returned again and they replaced the battery a third time and they said they would not do that anymore. The problem continued and I went back one more time. Although they refunded my initial $89.99 payment, I now have a completely dead and unusable phone that is worthless. Their explanation was that it was probably a motherboard problem they could not and would not fix and that those issues "can just happen at any time". They took no responsibility for it even though it was only after they worked on the phone. The result was that I ended up with a useless phone of no value. Buyer beware! I should have just gone to Apple which charges less for battery replacements and performs better diagnostics before and after service. read more

My husband also brought his iphone for screen repair -(please see my post about the ipad) also dated today,as this all happened around the same time which left us wondering how this business could go so wrong so many times. When they returned it to him "fixed" his upper speaker was no longer working so he could not hear anything on the other line when was someone was talking. So back it went to fix another issue that they created. hey asked him for his password which he felt was inappropiate and unprofessional for this type of fix. He advised they didnt need his password. They could call his phone and just pick it up to test it, which worked out and he got it back. Between the both instances I had very poor experiences with uBreakiFix and find that they do follow best business practices. read more
